DILLIAN WHYTE has made a seven-figure offer to try and tempt former heavyweight champion Andy Ruiz Jr into a bout.
The Mexican, 30, has returned to training after enjoying a binge following his defeat to Anthony Joshua in a big-money rematch.

And Whyte’s promoter Eddie Hearn revealed that he has already tabled a tempting package for a clash against the Bodysnatcher.
He said: “We’ve made Andy Ruiz an offer.
“It’s a big seven-figure offer, but maybe [Ruiz Jr.] thinks it ain’t the right money for him and he’s entitled to do that, but it’s a big fight for him to get back in the mix.
“It’s a risky fight for both – if Dillian loses to Ruiz, his world title dreams are shattered and if Ruiz loses two on the bounce, it’s not great.”
Ruiz admitted he spent his time partying with his friends and enjoying too much food before his second clash with Joshua.
And trainer Manny Robles explained that his new-found fame and fortune made life tough for the Destroyer.
He added: “The game and money has been overwhelming for Andy.
“He’s got to know how to handle it. Maybe after this defeat, the game has humbled him. Stay humbled or be humbled.”
Whyte beat Mariusz Wach by decision to move to 27-1 on the undercard as AJ won back his straps in Saudi Arabia.
And with Tyson Fury clashing with WBC champ on February 22, he knows he faces a wait before potentially securing his first world title shot.
The 31-year-old Brit, whose only pro defeat was against Joshua in 2015, claims he is ready to take on any of the division’s big hitters.
He added: “Any of them that want it can get it,” Whyte added. “Andy Ruiz Jr. would be a good fight.
“Obviously, he’s just had two great fights against Joshua and has fought [former WBO champion] Joseph Parker [who Whyte beat back in 2018].”
