ADRIEN BRONER has been released from jail and given until December to pay £637,000 to the woman he assaulted – with the judge urging him to ‘stay off Instagram’.
Last year, the boxer, 31, pleaded guilty to assault and unlawful restraint after the victim claimed he lay on her and forced his tongue into her mouth in a Cleveland nightclub.

Broner was originally told to pay £637,456 – £384,010 in punitive damages, £192,005 in compensation and £61,441 in legal fees – following his court case.
But Broner – who has held world titles in four weight classes – failed to meet a number of deadlines, set by Cleveland judge Nancy Margaret Russo, to pay up.
The American fighter filed court documents last month showing evidence that he was unable to pay as he had just £10 to his name.
But, soon after, Broner flaunted a huge pile of money on Instagram, before sharing a video detailing how much cash he’s spent since 2017.
Broner was sentenced to three days in jail after being held in contempt of court.
Having served his time, Judge Russo was quick to slap Broner with a warning – ordered to pay the £637,456 next month or face MORE jail-time.
According to cleveland.com via World Boxing News, Russo said: “This is serious stuff.
“I have the right to hold you in contempt until you answer every single one of these questions.
Broner pleaded guilty to assault last year following an attack on a woman in a nightclub in 2018
“Make life easy on yourself and answer the questions.
“Stay off Instagram. Think about how much trouble Instagram has caused for you. And for what?
“If you think people are not watching your social media, you’re wrong.”
At the time of his sentencing, Russo had claimed: “Mr. Broner has continually defied every court order I’ve given. The jig is up today.”
Broner – who was jailed for seven days in August for violating his probation – has insisted he will be able to pay the woman in 2021.
He claimed he will be fighting for the first time in two years in January, at which time he will be able to pay the judgement in full.
It is not the first time The Problem has been in trouble, either.

He was arrested in 2008 for allegedly intimidating a witness before charges were later dismissed.
Broner pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in 2013 and was also charged with battery in Miami that same year.
He was arrested on a bench warrant stemming from that case in April and the matter remains unresolved.
Broner was then cited for misdemeanour battery after allegedly choking a Las Vegas waitress three years ago.
Also in 2016, he was charged with aggravated robbery in Hamilton County, Ohio, and accused of robbing a bystander at a bowling alley.
Both charges were later dropped as the prosecution’s witness failed to appear in court.
Broner found himself arrested again in 2017 for missing a court appearance connected to a 2014 disorderly conduct and public intoxication arrest.
Then a woman at an Atlanta mall in 2018 claimed Broner ‘touched her butt, thigh, and “private parts” without her permission’.
He was charged with misdemeanour sexual battery, but prosecutors dropped charges due to a lack of evidence.
And in March, he hit the headlines again after going on a vile homophobic rant after a man had allegedly been messaging him.
