STOKE CITY supporters were arrested more than any other fans across England and Wales last season.
The Home Office released shocking statistics in September to show the worst offenders – with Manchester City and Leeds fans in the top five.

In total, 1381 football-related arrests were made during the 2018/19 campaign.
Stoke saw their fans arrested 80 times last season – but just six per cent of those occurred at the bet365 Stadium.
The majority of the supporters – 33 to be precise – left in handcuffs for throwing missiles.
Mame Biram Diouf claimed earlier this year that he was considering leaving the club because the fans “are the worst”.
Leeds are second in line with 49 arrests including 15 for fans invading the pitch.
Punches were thrown as Leeds and Barnsley fans brawled at the Oakwell Stadium last week – with one hooligan ending his afternoon in a headlock.
Aston Villa fans were the third worst with 42, while Sheffield United registered 41.
Premier League champions Manchester City saw 39 arrested – with 49 per cent of those taking place at the Etihad.
The most common type of offence for fans of Pep Guardiola’s side is public disorder.
Last week one fan was charged with racially abusing Raheem Sterling after he scored a goal last December.
Overall, the Premier League had the lowest number of arrests of any English competition at 2.1 per 100,000 supporters.
The Football League Trophy was the worst by a long way at an average of 22.6 per 100,000 fans.
In total last season, the number of fans attacking police, invading the pitch and throwing missiles decreased.
But the amount arrested for hate crimes and drug use increased dramatically.
