JOSE MOURINHO has hailed star man “Sonaldo” after his goal-of-the-season contender in the 5-0 thrashing of Burnley.
Son Heung-min bagged Spurs’ third of the contest when he picked up the ball from the edge of his own box, ran through the Burnley midfield and defence before slotting home superbly.

It had everything – pace, power and a deft finish – a goal that reminded Mourinho of the great Ronaldo.
The Portuguese boss was on the touchline as an assistant to Sir Bobby Robson in 1996 when the Brazilian superstar scored a solo wondergoal against Compostela.
It left Robson with his hands on his head in disbelief and this goal drew plenty of comparisons.
Mourinho said: “Even before the goal, my son calls him Sonaldo after Ronaldo Luis Nazario.
“The only thing that comes to my mind is the goal when I had the honour of being next to Sir Bobby Robson in 1996 when Ronaldo scored.”
Burnley couldn’t live with Son as he assisted Harry Kane’s opener before Lucas doubled their advantage.
Kane made it four after Son’s strike before Moussa Sissoko grabbed the fifth.
Mourinho added of the South Korean: “From the outside I had a feeling. I remember speaking to Sir Alex [Ferguson] about Ji Sung Park.
“Maybe it’s a cultural thing. They’re very coachable. The kid is fantastic. I’m very happy, so happy.”
The goal was Son’s 10th of the season and Gary Lineker labelled it one of the “greatest ever individual goals.”
He said on Twitter: “Wow. Son has just scored one of the greatest individual goals you’re ever likely to see. Goal of the season, me thinks.”
