Boxing Day football fixtures on TV – Premier League and Championship matches plus complete festive guide

The Gunners head to Bournemouth, while the Toffees welcome Burnley as part of blockbuster Thursday, with nine Premier League matches taking place.

And it is not just the English top flight in action as there are some absolute crackers in the Championship including Leeds United looking to open a significant gap to Preston.

Premier League Boxing Day fixtures

Among the big highlights for the Thursday, December 26 matches are Manchester United against Newcastle United.

Liverpool return to football in England as they take on Leicester City in the top-of-the-table clash.

Manchester City travel to Wolves in the only game on Friday.
