The Brit superstar was only back on home shores briefly before returning to the sun following his points victory over Andy Ruiz Jr in Saudi Arabia earlier this month.
The Watford-born boxer was pictured back in the gym just four days after reclaiming the IBF, WBA, IBO and WBO heavyweight titles.
And he proved there was no chance of resting on his laurels as he flaunted the toned body that helped him comfortably outpoint Mexican Ruiz Jr.
Pictures also show the 2012 Olympic Gold medallist take a dip in the sea as he mucked about with friends playing catch with a rugby ball.
AJ is already gearing up for another huge year as he attempts to defend his titles as well as unify the heavyweight division.
After he exacted revenge in Saudi Arabia, the star was immediately confronted with TWO mandatory challengers in Kubrat Pulev and Oleksandr Usyk.
Joshua himself revealed that he wants to finally take on Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder next year and thinks he can beat them both.
But he revealed he would prioritise a meeting with the Bronze Bomber over the Gypsy King in his bid to become undisputed champion.
Fury and Wilder will fight for the second time in February, with the American aiming to hold on to the WBC strap.
Speaking on the Graham Norton show, Joshua was asked which of his rivals he would prefer to face next, and replied: “I really don’t know. Either one of them, it doesn’t matter.
“The preference would be the champion Wilder because it’s a championship fight, but Fury is so talented as well and it’s the best of British so why not? I’ll fight either one of them.
“The dream would be to go for the fifth belt in 2020.”
