Man Utd wages revealed after transfer window closes – how much does Cristiano Ronaldo, Antony and Sancho earn?

CASEMIRO hasn’t dislodged Cristiano Ronaldo as the top earner at Manchester United – but he has leapfrogged another Real Madrid pal.Meanwhile £85.5million signing Antony has not even cracked the top five highest earners at the club.
Man Utd squad wages after the transfer window has closes
United doubled Casemiro’s wages to £350k-a-week in order to lure him to Old Trafford from the Bernabeu.
He leapfrogs former Real Madrid pal Raphael Varane, who is on £340k-a-week.
The midfielder is only behind Ronaldo and David de Gea, while being level with Jadon Sancho, in the earners list.
Unsurprisingly, Ronaldo is top of the pile.

    The Portuguese superstar pockets a mind-boggling £480k-a-week.
And while Antony is only behind Paul Pogba as United’s most expensive ever signing, the 22-year-old is only the joint-eighth highest earner at the club.
Although his £200k-a-week earnings are not to be sniffed at.
The Brazilian takes home the same amount as hometown hero Marcus Rashford.

But the likes of Anthony Martial, Varane, Sancho and De Gea are all on more than him.
Antony immediately endeared himself to United fans by scoring on his debut in Sunday’s 3-1 win over Arsenal.
Another of United’s summer arrivals, Christian Eriksen, earns a reported £150k-a-week.
That is a shade higher than Lisandro Martinez, who pockets a cool £120k every seven days.
Left-back Tyrell Malacia and loanee Martin Dubravka are on peanuts compared to the rest of the squad – Malacia being on £65k-a-week and Dubravka on a measly £38k-a-week.

But that’s still more than Anthony Elanga, who is said to take home just £5.5k-a-week, despite being an established first-team member.
Hannibal Mejbri, who is currently on loan at Birmingham City, is on £13k-a-week, while Eric Bailly, who is spending the season at Marseille, earns £80k-a-week.

F1 driver line-up 2023: Who is racing on the Formula One grid next season?

THE 2022 F1 season is racing along with Max Verstappen leading the championship. That has led to plenty of talk about the 2023 Formula One campaign and who will be racing for each team. Here is everyone that has been confirmed so far as the 10 teams look to strengthen.
Max Verstappen and Lando Norris will stay at Red Bull and McLaren next season
    Red Bull
    Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez
Reigning world champion Max Verstappen is signed for Red Bull until 2028 and Sergio Perez penned an extension until 2024 after the Monaco Grand Prix.
Red Bull have been utterly dominant in 2022 and see no reason to change their driver line-up for next season as they look to continue their stranglehold on sport.
Verstappen will more than likely be a two-time F1 world champion by the time 2023 comes around.

    Mercedes
    Lewis Hamilton and George Russell
Mercedes will retain Lewis Hamilton and George Russell for 2023 and will hope their car can be more competitive.
The new regulations for 2022 have cost the team with Red Bull and Ferrari now ahead of the Silver Arrows in the pecking order.
Many believe 2023 could well be Hamilton’s last year in the sport but Mercedes will definitely want to keep him if he wants to continue his glittering career.

    Ferrari
    Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz
When they linked up in 2021 Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz were the youngest line-up Ferrari had ever had.
Both will race for the Prancing Horse in 2023 and will hope for better from their team who have made a number of errors with their strategy.
Ferrari will need to deliver for their drivers next season or they could be tempted to move elsewhere as they are both out of contract at the end of the year.

    McLaren
    Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri
Lando Norris has a contract with McLaren until 2025 and is unquestionably the driver who leads the team.
All the drama has been around the second seat though with McLaren ending the contract of Daniel Ricciardo a year early to bring in fellow Australian Oscar Piastri.
Alpine thought they had an agreement in place for the driver they have backed throughout his career but Piastri signed a deal with McLaren instead.

    Esteban Ocon and TBC
Esteban Ocon is confirmed for 2023 after he signed a multi-year deal last season after an impressive start.
Alpine were desperate to keep Fernando Alonso but were not willing to budge on offering him a one-year deal which meant he opted to shock them and sign with Aston Martin.
Alpine then announced Oscar Piastri only for him to take to social media and state he wouldn’t be driving for them.
The smart money is on Pierre Gasly joining the team from AlphaTauri and making it an all-French affair.

    Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll
Fernando Alonso shocked Alpine by letting the world know he was joining Aston Martin to replace the retiring Sebastian Vettel.

Sauber will end their links to Alfa Romeo at the end of 2023 with Audi set to come into the sport in 2026.

    Pierre Gasly and TBC
Pierre Gasly does have a contract with AlphaTauri but he is believed to be in negotiations with Alpine over a move to the team in 2023.
Yuki Tsunoda has had a more encouraging season and with Gasly leaving he could have more chance of keeping his seat.
Red Bull junior Liam Lawson could also be a name worth monitoring if AlphaTauri do lose Gasly.

    Alex Albon and TBC
Alex Albon has impressed following his return to the sport and has gotten the maximum out of a car that has been hard to drive in 2022.
Nicholas Latifi is expected to leave the team and Oscar Piastri was going to drive for Williams.

Though the driving starlet has yet to win a Grand Prix, there seems to be plenty for Russell to be getting excited about in his career.
But his personal life is flourishing nicely too, as Russell’s girlfriend is investment broker Carmen Montero Mundt.

    Who is Carmen Montero Mundt?
Mundt has been in a relationship with Russell since 2020, months after the latter finished things with his ex-girlfriend.
Russell split with former flame Seychelle de Vries, who is the sister of ex-Mercedes academy team-mate Nyck de Vries.
Not much has been said in public by Russell about Mundt, who has been pictured alongside her man at F1 races on numerous ocassions.
Mundt was a student at the University of Westminster and studied for a degree in business management and finance.
After graduating, Mundt took up a job working for investman firm W1 Investment group as a client relationship intern.
But she moved onto Ruffer LLP in 2022, becoming an investor relations associate.

Since making things official with Russell, the pair have travelled the globe together thanks to the Brit’s driving exploits.
But they’ve holidayed for pleasure too, as the pair were pictures soaking up the sun in St Barts last year.
They also attended the premiere of James Bond film ‘No Time To Die’ in 2021.
And after Russell’s move to Mercedes, Mundt posted on Instagram to congratulate her partner on his big move, writing: “All smiles. So proud @georgerussell63.”

Why do Nottingham Forest have no sponsor?
Nottingham Forest have no shirt sponsor as no deal has been agreed with any potential partner.
Steve Cooper’s men saw their deal with BOXT expire at the end of last season.
The club turned down an offer from the boiler company to extend their partnership into their first Premier League campaign of the millennium.
Following that decision from the Forest owners, BOXT signed a deal to become Everton sleeve sponsors.

Are Nottingham Forest going to get a sponsor?
Nottingham Forest are certainly keen to secure a sponsorship agreement and the situation regarding the plain front of their shirts is not one they had planned for.
According to reports from the East Midlands, numerous deals have been close to being agreed but none have got over the line yet.
According to Sport Business, Forest chairman Evangelos Marinakis is holding for a £10m-a-season deal and was willing to start the campaign without a sponsor if his demands were not met.
There has also been a restructuring which has seen the club only make two key commercial appointments in the first week of August.
Former Newcastle managing director Lee Charnley has been brought in by Marinakis to help push a deal through.

At the end of July, Sheffield Hallam University finance expert Dr Dan Plumley told Football Insider: “It’s ambitious. We have to look at benchmarks.
“West Ham and Everton’s are around £10m or £11m. Newcastle and Leeds meanwhile are closer toward £7.5m. That is the region we’re looking at.
“We know betting companies will often pay more than non-betting companies.
“For a newly-promoted club, you are probably setting your sights towards £6m or £7m. So, Forest are going for above the benchmark there.
“The risk is that the longer you go without naming a sponsor, the more likely it could backfire.

“Sponsors want to be involved in every game and we are nearly at the start of the season now.
“If it does come off, fantastic. It would put them among the biggest deals in the Premier League. But there is a risk we can’t ignore with this strategy.”
But according to Simon Chadwick, Global Professor of Sport at Emlyon Business School, more clubs could follow Forest’s approach in the near future.
He told The Athletic: “Many American investors believe Premier League football clubs are underselling themselves and their sponsorship assets are worth far more money than they’re currently asking for.” More

But now, Yeo is caught in the crossfire of a bizarre chain of events where her son Mathias has threatened to reveal “explosive information” on younger brother Paul.
Here is everything you need to know about Yeo Pogba.
    Who is Yeo Pogba?
Born in Guinea, Yeo Moriba Pogba developed a passion for sport – football in particular and has an ambassador role with the Guinea FA.
She even created a football club in her home country and became captain of the Guinea women’s national side.

However, Yeo moved to the Renardiere housing estate in Roissy-en-Brie, France, with late husband Fassou Antoine Pogba in 1991.
But the love train sadly came to a halt in 1996 when Yeo and Antoine decided to file for a divorce.
And Antoine died in May 2017 at the age of 79 as the ex-telecommunications engineer was reportedly was suffering from a long term illness.
How many children does Yeo Pogba have?
Yeo Pogba was blessed with three boys who are all professional footballers who she raised all alone in a little council flat.

She had twins – Florentin and Mathias on August 19, 1990 whilst Juventus ace Paul was born on March 15, 1993.
Florentin is a Guinean international defender who played for Ligue 1 side Saint-Etienne – where he faced Paul in a Europa League tie – and now spends his time with Indian Super League club ATK Mohun Bagun.
His twin brother Mathias recently represented Championnat National 2 outfit Belfort as a striker but enjoyed spells at Wrexham, Crewe and Crawley in England.
Whilst Paul Pogba, the youngest of the brothers made the switch from Manchester United back to Juventus this summer and represents France at international level.
What has Yeo said about raising three footballing sons?
Yeo admitted that bringing up three boys who refer to her as ‘super mum’ was tough but she had to be strict with them.
And despite her late ex-husband Antoine having a good bond with the brothers, Yeo solely raised them from young.
Speaking to Fifa.com, Yeo said: “It wasn’t easy, but when you have boys and you have to raise them by yourself you have to be very strict with them. You must be strict and gentle at the same time.
“I played a lot of different sports but eventually chose football. We created a team and I was captain of our women’s team,”
“Maybe this was genetically passed to my children, I don’t know.”
At the age of 16, her twin boys moved to Spain to join Celta Vigo’s academy while Paul was in Le Havre’s devlopment.
The super mum added: “One weekend I would go and visit Paul, and the next weekend I’d visit the twins,” Yeo said. “I would go to give them support, because it’s not easy leaving your family.
“Every time I left them I would give them this advice: ‘You left your country to reach a goal, so do your best to reach this goal.’” More
