Ladbrokes punter turns 66p into £2.6k with genius cash out on Saturday acca

CHUCKING some loose change at a big price acca and hoping it sticks for a big payday – we’ve all done it!But how many of us have actually landed it?Ladbrokes punter turns 66p into £2.6k with genius cash out on Saturday accaCredit: GettyLadbrokes: Get £20 in free bets for football*Well on Saturday one plucky Ladbrokes punter did exactly that when staking 66p on a whopping 14,608/1 shot. The unlikely eight-fold consisted of the two 3pm kick offs in the Premier League and six from the Championship.Burnley (8/5) and Brentford (7/5) picked up huge away wins in their relegation encounters against Sheffield United and Luton, respectively.Swansea (23/10) put a massive dent in Huddersfield’s survival hopes in the second tier with their own resounding away day win, scoring four goals in the last 17 minutes.Millwall (5/2) edged their way away from the danger zone with a priceless win at Sunderland, who are going through the motions with nothing to play for at present.Norwich City do but they were held at home to Bristol City to harm their promotion hopes, correctly selected by this bettor at 29/10.While Watford and Hull – also chasing a play off spot – also finished a draw at 5/2.The winning betLadbrokes odds

Ladbrokes: Get £20 in free bets for football*

The biggest odds in this bet and on the Championship card came at the Cardiff City Stadium, when Cian Ashford struck a 96th minute winner to complete a come-from-behind win over automatic promotion hopefuls Southampton.Picked at a monstrous 8/1 on the coupon, the Bluebirds scored twice in the final quarter of the contest to earn the three points after Joe Aribo’s early strike. That left the punter with a huge decision to make, after selecting Birmingham to pick up a priceless three points against already-relegated Rotherham. The game was suspended for the best part of half an hour following a medical emergency in the crowd with the game goalless. With every other result in, the punter opted to cash out their bet at 5:07pm, with the game hitting 66 minutes on the clock – and a £9,642.06 potential return should Birmingham grab a winner.Instead, the game finished a draw and the punter’s return of £2,593.69 was absolutely the right play.Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “We love a big win story, and as if 96th minute drama in Cardiff wasn’t enough, this has to go down as one of the savviest cash outs we’ve seen all season.”Ladbrokes: Get £20 in free bets for football*Remember to gamble responsiblyA responsible gambler is someone who:

Arsenal, Liverpool and Rangers flop earns shrewd punter £20,000 from £5 bet

IT was a costly weekend for Arsenal, Liverpool and Rangers in their respective title charges. But it was a highly profitable Sunday for one genius Ladbrokes punter, who speculatively backed all three to LOSE their games and scooped a sensational £20,000 from just a fiver stake.Arsenal, Liverpool and Rangers flop earns shrewd punter £20,000 from £5 betCredit: GettyLadbrokes: Get £20 in free bets for football*That despite the trio being extremely short odds in the winner markets and all needing wins to keep tabs at the top of their tables. The early kick off came in Scotland, with Ross County (10/1) stunning Rangers at a double-figure price. The result was even more unexpected when you consider County have NEVER beaten Gers. But they were more than worth the victory to put a severe dent in the Light Blues’ title charge.Liverpool’s shock defeat at home to Crystal Palace carried on the crazy accumulator, with the Eagles backed at a high price of 12/1.Eberechi Eze’s goal in the first quarter of an hour was enough for Palace to secure their first win since February to ease relegation fears.Winning betLadbrokes odds

Ross County to beat Rangers – 10/1
Aston Villa to beat Arsenal – 9/1
Crystal Palace to beat Liverpool – 12/1
Fulham to beat West Ham – 9/5

    Selections: 4
    Odds: 4003/1
    Stake: £5
    RETURNS: £20,020

Alongside that kick off was the other selection in the monster four-fold, with Fulham (9/5) backed to beat West Ham.A double for Andreas Pereira was enough for Fulham in a 2-0 win to ensure the acca rolled over to the final game. And it was a late and rewarding wait, with Leon Bailey breaking the deadlock on 84 minutes to silence the Emirates and put Arsenal’s title aspirations in jeopardy. When Ollie Watkins added a sublime second for Aston Villa (9/1) just a few minutes later, the stadium emptied quickly and the party started for the thousands in the away end – and in this punter’s living room.Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Not many would’ve seen Sunday’s Premier League games panning out the way they did, let alone the drama up in Scotland. “But one punter was bang on the money across the four games in question, and is a whopping £20k better off as a result.”Ladbrokes: Get £20 in free bets for football*Remember to gamble responsiblyA responsible gambler is someone who:

Four comeback wins and two injury-time winners help ‘plucky’ in-play punter scoop £6,000 from a tenner

A football punter turned a £10 stake into £6,000 in winnings thanks to an incredible sequence of events. The in-play punt was struck just 10 minutes into the 5.30pm kick offs on Saturday, when Brentford and Leverkusen already trailed to Nottingham Forest and Leipzig, respectively.
Four comeback wins & two injury-time goals help punter scoop £6kCredit: GETTY
Both teams managed to secure dramatic comeback wins but that only told half the story of this bet, with FOUR come-from-behind wins and two injury-time goals needed to land the audacious punt.
The Bees took a 3-2 lead with a quarter of the game to go and managed to see it out to secure a big win for Thomas Frank.
Bundesliga leaders Leverkusen weren’t quite as simple as that, having to come from behind TWICE before a 91st minute Piero Hincapié goal sealed an important three points.
Brest were backed to beat Trelissac in the French Cup with the game already 10 minutes into the second period and surprisingly fell behind to the fourth-tier side on 75 minutes.
The visitors equalised a few minutes later before securing their passage to the next round with two minutes left on the clock.
Porto, Celta Vigo and Espanyol secured relatively straightforward successes to ease some of the tension.
    Winning acca£10 in-play with Ladbrokes
    Date – 20/01/2024 —Time – 17:41:44

Brentford to beat Nottingham Forest* – 2/1
Bayer Leverkusen to beat RB Leipzig** – 18/5
AC Milan to beat Udinese – 10/11
Real Sociedad to beat Celta Vigo – 8/5
Porto to beat Moreirense – 4/11
    Espanyol to beat Villarreal B – 8/15
Brest to beat Trelissac*** – 4/6
Kortrijk to score first goal of the game v St Liege – 9/5

*(Brentford 0-1 Nottm Forest at time bet was struck)
**(RB Leipzig 1-0 Bayer Leverkusen at time bet was struck)
*** (54 minutes into the game with scores level at 0-0 at time bet was struck)
    TOTAL STAKE – £10
    TOTAL RETURNS – £6,683.76

Kortrijk – bottom of the Belgian Pro League – were backed to score the opener against Standard Liege at 9/5 odds in what looked a speculative punt. Of course, that came in too.
Finallu, there was plenty of incidents on and off the park as Milan took on Udinese, with the latter holding a slender 2-1 lead with 15 minutes to play.
The punter had backed a Milan win and this later kick off looked set to burst the bet at the final hurdle, only for a Luka Jovic equaliser to arrive in the 83rd minute, before Noah Okafor’s dramatic 93rd minute winner, coming from a late, late corner.
That goal ensured a winning £10 acca, to the tune of a remarkable £6,683.76 in winnings.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Our plucky punter took our traders on a trip around Europe on Saturday night, flexing their impressive footy knowledge in the process, having correctly predicted outcomes from games across no less than seven countries.
“And a European tour may well be on the cards with their winnings, but the first thing on their shopping list surely has to be a Noah Okafor shirt, as his last-gasp winner for Milan ensured the punchy eight-fold was a winner!”

Supercomputer predicts next season’s Premier League top 10 and it’s STILL dismal reading for Chelsea despite £600m spend

THE Premier League is reaching its dramatic climax – but now you can discover what NEXT SEASON will look like too.The title race may be over for this term, but the top four is still to be decided while a host of other clubs look to secure European qualification.
Man City are predicted to retain the Premier League title again next termCredit: Getty

Down at the bottom, Nottingham Forest secured their survival with a 1-0 victory over Arsenal, which crowned Manchester City as champions.
Leeds United’s defeat at West Ham ensured that the relegation battle will go down to the final day.
Everton secured what could be a crucial point with a 1-1 draw at Wolves on Saturday.
And Leicester City know they must win at Newcastle tonight or their hopes may be just about over.

With just six days to go before the climax of the campaign, supporters are anxiously awaiting to discover how their team finishes.
However, fans can now take a look at what is in store for them over the next 12 months after Ladbrokes released their predicted final Premier League table for next season.
They believe that the top two will remain unchanged – with City once again pipping Arsenal to the title.
Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool, who look almost certain to miss out on the top four this term, are predicted to make a return to the Champions League with a third-placed finish with Manchester United making up the top four.

Newcastle can secure Champions League football later if they get at least a point against the Foxes, but the bookies do not fancy them to repeat that feat next year.
In fact, despite Chelsea’s dreadful campaign this term, they are predicted to finish ahead of the Magpies in fifth.
That outcome would still be a huge disappointment to the Blues, who are set to appoint Mauricio Pochettino as manager, should they miss out on the top four again.
Despite a new manager set to come in, Tottenham are only expected to finish seventh while Brighton make up the top eight.
Aston Villa are set for a ninth-placed finish while Brentford, even though they will be without suspended Ivan Toney for a large chunk of it, are also predicted to record a second-straight top half finish.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “We’re expecting another record-breaking summer of spending in the top-flight, but City will once again head into a Premier League campaign as odds-on favourites to top the table this time next year.”
He added: “Arsenal were huge outsiders to be anywhere near top spot some 10 months ago, but Mikel Arteta’s men will head into next campaign as joint-second favourites as things stand.” More

Lucky punter turns £2 accumulator into £500k in ‘best bet of all time’ thanks to FOUR last-gasp winners in 18-fold punt

At one point, the 252,991/1 bet looked like it wasn’t going to go their way with four predictions yet to come in.
But miracles do happen with FOUR stoppage time winners flying in.
Spain, Colchester, Mansfield and Mauritania all scored in added time.
Salford, Sheffield Wednesday and England all came from behind to win.
