NETFLIX has confirmed eye-watering Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson viewing figures – making it the most watched fight since Muhammad Ali.

The underwhelming fight ended in a unanimous win for Paul over the boxing icon.

The event was a record breaker for the streaming service as it peaked at 65MILLION concurrent streams.

According to TVision, 56 per cent of all US TV viewing between 12am and 1am EST was to the fight.

Globally, it is estimated that there were 108MILLION viewers who tuned into watch the pair hardly trade any blows.

This has seen it rank as the TENTH most-watched sporting event of ALL TIME.

It was viewed by just 16 million fewer people than the Superbowl.

The only boxing fight to have been watched more was Muhammad Ali’s rematch against Leon Spinks in 1978.

Ali was the last great fighter to perform on national TV before pay-per-view took over.

A record 2billion viewers worldwide watched in 80 nations as The Greatest took a unanimous decision for the final victory of his career.

However, they are all dwarfed by the viewing figures of the Fifa World Cup.

The final in Qatar in 2022 is widely considered one of the greatest football matches of all time.

Meanwhile, Katie Taylor’s undisputed super-lightweight rematch victory over Amanda Serrano also broke records.

The bout was the most watched professional women’s sports event in the history of the US.
