MIKE TYSON vs Jake Paul could be cancelled at the last minute with a medical check to take place on the eve of the fight.
The pair are set to do battle on November 15 in an event broadcast by Netflix.
Tyson, 58, was meant to face Paul in July but suffered an ulcer flare-up that prevented him from training.
The former heavyweight took ill on a flight earlier this year and has battled health issues including sciatica.
So the day before he fights Paul Tyson will undergo medical tests to determine if he is fit enough to enter the ring, report World Boxing News.
That means there is a chance the bout will be cancelled, as Texas Licensing Regulators may declare the fight unsafe.

Alternatively, the fight could be downgraded to an exhibition contest to reduce the risk of the fighters suffering heavy damage.
But Paul is not concerned about Tyson’s health issues and revealed he does not even have a replacement lined up if he withdraws.
The Problem Child, 27, said: “I don’t have concern.
“He’s doing great. He’s super healthy behind the scenes and feeling great.

Ngannou said: “I have seen Tyson move around to show me stuff and I was like, ‘Calm down.’ He has still got it….
“Either way I think Mike Tyson will beat you. We’re talking about Mike bro. Mike is something else, he is a specimen.”
