THE Premier League has announced their summer 2023 transfer window.
Clubs can use the window to recruit new players to boost their chances in the 2023/24 season.
When does the summer transfer window open for Premier League clubs?
Transfer windows were created at the agreement of Premier League clubs and the European Commission.
Establishing transfer windows aims to give both the clubs and the players contractual stability.
The purpose of a transfer window is for clubs to buy and sell players to, hopefully, create a stronger team for the upcoming season.
There are two windows during the year, at the end of the club season over the summer, and in winter at the start of January.
