PHIL NEVILLE has joined the Canadian national team as part of John Herdman’s coaching staff.
The former Manchester United star was sacked by Inter Miami last week.
Neville, 46, was axed just days before Inter Miami announced the blockbuster signing of Lionel Messi.
The former England women boss was relieved of his duties by pal David Beckham with Inter Miami sitting bottom of MLS’ Eastern Conference.
Neville has jumped straight back into work, accepting an offer to work with Herdman.
He joins Canada’s backroom team alongside former Millwall ace Richard Shaw.
