MANCHESTER CITY striker Erling Haaland was left baffled following an interaction with an influencer at the Ballon d’Or ceremony.
The 23-year-old was in attendance at the prestigious awards ceremony in France on Monday.
He was handed the Gerd Muller Trophy for best goalscorer following his incredible 2022-23 campaign, but missed out on the main award to Lionel Messi.
Haaland placed second in the rankings, just behind the Inter Miami icon.
But he was one of the most popular stars among guests on the night.
One influencer went a step too far by shoving a camera in the striker’s face while he was sat down.

He chanted: “Haaland, Haaland,” but the Ballon d’Or runner-up appeared frustrated.
Haaland then asked: “What are you doing man?” before the influencer pulled the camera away.
The Man City star scored 52 goals in 53 appearances for his club last season.
After receiving the Gerd Muller Trophy on stage, he said: “I want to thank Manchester City, the whole club.

Man City stars Kevin De Bruyne, Rodri, Julian Alvarez and Bernardo Silva were also named in the Ballon d’Or top 10.
