BRIGHTON are looking to beat Arsenal to Sacha Boey’s signature this summer, according to reports.
The ambitious Seagulls are looking to further strengthen as they prepare for the Europa League next season.
Arsenal are also keen on Boey as they aim to bolster their options at right-back.
According to Turkish outlet 343 Digital, Brighton have bid £16million for the French youth international.
They add that Arsenal have only offered £14.7m for Boey.
Galatasaray are said to be demanding around £22m for their star full-back.

Boey, 22, has also signed with a new agency ahead of a likely transfer.
Arsenal have been playing Ben White at right-back for the majority of the season.
Takehiro Tomiyasu has also played there, although the Japanese international has suffered from numerous injury issues this term.

Brighton, meanwhile, have seen right-backs Tariq Lamptey and Joel Veltman also suffer from injury issues – with midfielder Moises Caicedo even covering there in recent weeks.
Boey has helped Galatasaray to an excellent season, with the Turkish giants on the brink of the title.
He has played 50 times for the Turkish side since joining from Rennes in 2021.
The highly-rated ace is also believed to have interest from Italy, although England is thought to be a more likely destination.
