KSI turned down $150million worth of offers to return to boxing, claims his manager Mams Taylor.
The YouTuber is fighting twice in one night on Saturday at the O2 after almost three years out of the ring.
First he will face rapper Swarmz before fighting pro boxer Luis Alcaraz Pineda in the main event.
KSI has trained for weeks in preparation and his time in the gym has prevented the star from making money elsewhere.
He has put his successful rap career on hold which has caused the 29-year-old to miss out on the UK’s biggest summer festivals.
But Taylor believes his client has found the right balance and is focusing on what makes him happy – boxing.

Taylor said: “He’s his own man and at the end of the day we’ve found a really good balance.
“He’s very happy when he’s training boxing and he’s very happy when he’s in the studio or performing live and honestly life is about being happy, do the things that make you happy.
“If I told you guys how many offers we’ve turned down – it’s over $150million worth of offers turned down completely.
“That’s okay because no amount of money is worth compromising your happiness and I speak from experience with that.”

Although KSI has been busy preparing for his boxing return, he found time to call out boxing world champion Devin Haney this week.
KSI caught Haney following a Twitter page called ‘KSI vs Swarmz live stream free’ and tweeted to the American: “Just wanna make sure you’re gonna pay for the fight bro @Realdevinhaney.”
Haney said it was an accident and intends to watch KSI’s first fights since he defeated Logan Paul in November 2019.
