NAPOLI’S Coppa Italia win over Juventus was wildly celebrated across the Italian city – including by TV presenter Floriana Messina.
The Italo-Colombian beauty backed her beloved Azzurri as the teams squared off in Rome.
Writing before the game, Messina posed in Napoli shorts for an Instagram post to her 541,000 followers.
In reference to the Patron Saint of Naples, she wrote pre-game: “San Gennaro help us! #ForzaNapoli #ForzaNapoliSempre #CoppaItalia.”
Messina, 31, has never been afraid to show her love for her team on-air.
And it was the Partenopei who came out on top at the Stadio Olimpico.
A tense 0-0 draw unfolded between Gennaro Gattuso’s side and a Juventus team led by Maurizio Sarri.
The former Napoli boss never won a major honour at Stadio San Paolo and is yet to claim a trophy for Serie A leaders Juve.
However it took Gattuso only a few months to deliver the Coppa to the Neapolitans after a 4-2 penalty shootout triumph.
Paulo Dybala and Danilo both missed early in the decider, allowing Arkadiusz Milik to net the winner before Cristiano Ronaldo could even take a kick.
Floriana’s beloved Napoli will look to make an unlikely play for the top-four when their Serie A campaign restarts at Hellas Verona on Tuesday.
