      Boxing fans convinced cameraman SLAPPED fighter as he was being knocked out at Misfits as they fume ‘fire this fool’

      BOXING fans were left stunned when a cameraman struck a fighter during the Misfits Show.The incident happened as Corn unleashed a flurry of punches on rival Unbaer, who was pinned up on the ropes.

      Corn got a little help from a cameraman as he unleashed a flurry of punches on Unbaer
      Behind them was a cameraman who was too close to the action.
      As Unbaer was slumped over the ropes, it appeared that he backed into the cameraman on the ring apron.
      Trying not to lose his balance, he frantically appeared to grab hold of the ropes.
      Instead, he accidentally struck Unbaer on the head.

      However, some fans have reacted differently on Twitter – claiming they believe the cameraman hit Unbaer on purpose.
      “Immediately fire this fool. No camera man should be putting hands on fighters AT ALL,” influencer boxing pundit Wade Plemons said.
      Another said: “During con vs unbaer match a camera man was beating @Unbaer0 face needs to be BANNED for life I’ve seen troll accs on twitter making bread for that s***. This s*** ain’t that funny. He is a human, and needs to be respected.”
      But others questioned why a cameraman would feel the need to slap Unbaer.

      “Y’all are coming after the camera man, but look closely. He clearly tried grabbing the rope, and notice how the camera starts to dip. He obviously didn’t want to be filming the floor, so had to quickly revert back to holding it properly,” another chimed in.
      A fourth added: “He reached for the rope and missed. Simples!”

      The influencer boxing clash took place in Nashville, US, and was a rematch of their bout two months ago.
      Unbaer was victorious via a controversial split decision in their first meeting on May 13.

      The reference to envy – more commonly associated with her followers – concerns an “intense tanning cream”.

      Mercado, 32, is now fighting for his life with his promoters asking fans to pray for him.
      A statement from the promotion company reads: “Thompson Boxing Promotions is deeply saddened to inform that boxer Edy Valencia is currently fighting for his life at a hospital in Ontario, Canada, following his bout with George Acosta.
      “At this moment, we kindly ask the boxing community, fans, and everyone touched by Edy’s journey to join us in offering prayers and positive energy for his swift and full recovery.
      “We believe in the power of collective support and strength, and together, we hope to see Edy Valencia pull through this trying ordeal.”

      Promoter Lou Dibella wished the fighter well, saying: “Terrible news.
      “Edy fought recently on a show I promoted and he’s a very nice young man. Prayers please for Edy Valencia and his family. May God hold them in his hands.”
      Mercado has 20 wins to his name and 12 defeats, including one knock-out loss.
      Six bouts have been scored as a draw or a no-contest with the Mexican winning just one of his previous seven fights.

      KSI’s mega-fight against Tommy Fury will take place on October 14 – eagle-eyed boxing fans reckon.The influencer fighter and reality star boxer are set to go head to head in a pay-per-view showdown this year.

      And fans watching Misfits 008 on Saturday night think the fight date was ‘leaked’ during the show in Nashville.
      Misfits boxing CEO Mams Taylor was being interviewed on stage as part of the live DAZN broadcast.
      He was asked about what’s ahead for the crossover boxing brand, at which stage the lights in the arena went out.
      Mams dashed off backstage in a bizarre scene while ‘Misfits 009’ flashed up on the big screen behind him.

      There was also a date on there – October 14.
      And fans think it has to be the date for KSI’s megafight against Fury which has been months in the making.
      One fan tweeted: “The new Misfits 009 poster has KSI’s bandanna and the name “Fury” on the cross.
      “It also has Logan Paul yellow and Dillon Danis leopard print.

      MISFITS BOXING is back in America for a third time TONIGHT – with an epic new tag-team fight on the card.The main event of the night will see a new four-person bout named ‘Survivor Tag’ debut.
      YouTubers BDave, Nichlmao and Ryan Johnston, as well as rapper Swarmz, are the fighters involved in the new concept.
      Anthony Taylor will square off with Paul Bamba in a highly anticipated bout.

      Prelims start time: 12am BST/ 7pm ET
      Main card start time: 1am BST/ 8pm ET

      Survivor tag?
      Right then, what is this main event we have?
      Misfits have tried their best to explain it and I’ll try and break it down (… before ultimately sending you to the Misfits website for more info).
      The main thing to note is it’s not a tag team match, it’s every man for himself, so ignore the name.
      Two fighters are in the ring at any one time with the first two fighters decided by a social media fan vote.
      Fighters can tag in and out of the match and refusal to accept a tag will result in elimination.
      A knockdown is also an immediate elimiation.
      The winner is the last man standing after four rounds, unless there’s more than one left standing in which case it goes to points.

      DAZN’s broadcast of the main card begins at 8pm ET (1am UK) with the countdown show getting underway at 7pm (midnight).
      The Misfits 008 card is not on pay-per-view and available on a regular DAZN subscription – which costs $19.99 a month on a 12-month plan, or $24.99 a month on a flexible plan.
      In the UK, it’s £9.99 a month on a 12-month plan or £19.99 a month for the flexible option.

      The way I can best describe it like an Elimination Chamber in WWE but with four fighters and no actual chambers… more on that later.
      Also on the bill is Anthony Taylor – fresh from a shock win over Salt Papi last time out.
      And there are some star names too with Kimbo Slice Jr and Hasim Rahman Jr in action.
      Nobody ever knows quite what to expect on these influencer boxing night. Tonight definitely fits into that category.
