Conor McGregor slammed by KSI for ’embarrassing’ himself at Anthony Joshua fight as YouTuber calls out UFC star

KSI slammed Conor McGregor for “embarrassing” himself at Anthony Joshua’s fight. Both stars were ringside in August to watch when Joshua knocked out Robert Helenius.

Following the win, AJ took a lap around the ring and bumped into both McGregor and KSI.
And McGregor was captured hurling abuse at KSI until Joshua intervened in support of his “guy.”
KSI has since lifted the lid on the bizarre incident and claimed the Irishman was trying to talk his way into a mega-fight.
He told Misfits Boxing’s YouTube channel: “It was pretty weird if I’m being honest.

“I think I had heard Conor saying that I can’t box and this and that, it was pretty embarrassing for him because AJ was like ‘nah nah, that’s my guy’ so he looked a little bit stupid there.
“But with Conor, clearly I think he wants a bite at the cherry, he wants a piece of the king and he understands that this right here is where the money is at.
“Everyone is a normal person at the end of the day, same as me just a normal guy and I treat everyone the same.
“Just because he’s Conor McGregor doesn’t mean anything to me.”

McGregor, 35, surprisingly called out KSI, 30, while mocking his fighting ability in the ring immediately after Joshua’s KO victory.
He said: “I know your man KSI is in the crowd and he couldn’t box eggs if he worked in an egg boxing factory.
“So if he wants to get in here I’ll give him a final yoke, bare-knuckle if you want!”

Jake Paul called out by Amir Khan despite THREE STONE difference as ex-champ vows to pack on pounds to ‘beat him up’

But Khan – who is serving a drugs ban following his final bout – has refused to rule out a comeback.
And he is even willing to go up in weight to take on YouTuber-turned boxer Paul.
He said on Heart radio: “Jake Paul, he gets on my nerves a little bit.
“I think the way he conducts himself, the way he acts, and he’s just full of himself as well and he thinks he can fight, he’s only been boxing for like a year, so yeah, I’d love to fight him.

“He’s been very lucky though, he’s a little bit heavier than me but I don’t mind putting the pounds on just to beat him up.”
Paul, 26, was beaten for the first time in February this year, losing a split-decision to Tommy Fury, 24, in Saudi Arabia.
But he returned in August to beat ex-UFC star Nate Diaz, 38, over ten rounds in Texas.
He weighed 185lb (13st 2lb) for the bout, while Khan was 149lb (10st 6lb) for his loss to Brook, 37.

The 2004 Olympic silver medallist, 36, is currently serving a two-year drugs ban following a failed test last year.
He was found with traces of Ostarine in his system, which aids weight loss and muscle growth.
The substance is prohibited by United Kingdom Anti-Doping, who Khan co-operated with during their investigation.
UKAD confirmed Khan’s ban – after it was referred to the National Anti-Doping Panel – but he doubled down on unknowingly consuming the substance.
A statement read: “Mr Khan’s case was heard by the independent tribunal on 24 January 2023 and in its written decision dated 21 February 2023, the panel found both violations proved, concluded that Mr Khan had established that they were not ‘intentional’ within the meaning of ADR Article 10.2.3 and imposed a two-year ban on him.”

But their rival Paul, 26, popped up as a surprise guest and a war of words broke out between the American and arch enemy KSI, 30.
KSI was quick to mock the YouTuber-turned boxer’s first loss which came against Fury, 24, in February.
He said: “I’ve beaten every opponent in front of me. Jake, have you beaten every opponent in front of you?”
To which Paul replied: “Every single legend that has been put in front of me, yes I have.”

KSI hit back: “I don’t give a f*** if it’s a legend or not, have you beat every opponent in front of you? No! You have an L.
“Do I have an L on my record? And when I fight Tommy Fury will I have an L on my record? No, simple. You lost to Tommy Fury.”
Paul then claimed KSI’s fight with Fury is an exhibition due to the fact it is not professionally sanctioned by the British Boxing Board of Control.
Some more squabbles ensued over who is ducking who before Paul was abruptly kicked off the stream.

He later went on Twitter to claim it was KSI’s manager who demanded he be removed.
Paul tweeted: “Lol KSI manager freaking out behind the scenes and making Adin’s manager kick me out of the chat! Soft!”
The self-proclaimed Problem Child also deleted a tweet which suggested KSI’s bout with Fury is not a “real fight”.
But in response to KSI pointing this out, he replied: “So show all your fans what regulated US sports book is taking bets on your fight in the US?
“Betr isn’t…but neither are Fan Duel, Draft Kings, Bet MGM or any LEGAL sports book…because your fight isn’t a pro fight. It’s an exhibition.
“And you are a duck. A scared little duck.”

And Ronaldo and Neymar could both be there to see it as their careers are now based in the Middle East.
Both traded top-flight European football after being prised over to the Saudi Super League.

But unbeaten Fury claimed their wages are nothing compared to what he has coming his way.
In an exclusive interview with SunSport, he said: “They’re paying big money, everything they get involved in is big.

“And I believe I’ve just done the biggest boxing deal ever to be done in the history of boxing with them.
“I’m not at liability to talk about numbers but let’s just say the bag is big, mighty f***ing big. But will it change me? Not really.
“Still got the Crocs and the packed lunches from Asda, not too shabby mush!”
Asked if it was just a one-fight deal, Fury, 35, replied: “Can’t say but it’s the biggest boxing deal ever done in history.

“You know like all these big football deals, Ronaldo and Neymar and whoever else they’re trying to deal with, blows all that out of the water. Big, big, big.”
Ronaldo, 38, was the first to make the controversial move after joining Al-Nassr when he left Manchester United.
He is believed to be on a £3.3million-per-WEEK contract which equates to £173MILLION yearly.
It saw Ronaldo top Forbes’ list of highest-paid athletes in 2023, with boxer Canelo Alvarez, 33, fifth on the list with £88.7m banked.
Neymar, 31, walked out on PSG in the summer for Al-Hilal and is said to be on wages of around £2.5m-a-week.
Fury boxed just twice last year, stopping Dillian Whyte, 35, and Derek Chisora, 39, and it saw him slip outside Forbes’ top 50 list.
But in 2022, he was placed in 15th after making £50m.

Fury welcomes former UFC champ Ngannou, 37, over to the boxing ring for their crossover clash in Riyadh.
It gives him little time to welcome his seventh child into the world with wife Paris.
Fury has won every belt there is in boxing and insisted unifying all four against rival Oleksandr Usyk, 36, is of no interest to him.
Instead, he wants to top Forbes’ sports rich list like UFC legend Conor McGregor did in 2021 and boasted he is a year or two away from it.
Fury said: “I wanna top the Forbes list.

KSI also left Fury bemused after making a remark about the size of his manhood, having accepted the grudge match as a huge betting underdog.
He said: “Have you not seen the size of my balls, bro? I’ve got f basketballs down there.”
Fury replied: “I don’t want to. Why does him and Jake Paul keep coming out with this?
