DEREK CHISORA has rowed back on his previous claim that Tyson Fury will beat Oleksandr Usyk.Fury, 35, and Usyk, 36, will face off in Saudi Arabia on February 17 as they bid to become the first undisputed heavyweight champion since Lennox Lewis in 1999.

Chisora, 39, has shared the ring with both men – losing to Fury in 2011 and 2014, before Usyk beat him in 2020.
He then faced Fury for a third time last year and was stopped in the 10th round.
When asked in the past about a Fury-Usyk clash, he said: “Tyson [to win]. He’s the bigger guy, longer reach. Just Tyson.
“This is like a man taking candy out a baby’s hand bro. Tyson’s gonna win. He’s gonna walk through that guy. That’s it.”

But now, following Fury’s thoroughly unconvincing win over Francis Ngannou last month, Chisora is unsure.
Speaking to iFL TV, he said: “I don’t know. I was with Usyk this afternoon because we love the same Russian sauna so we were together.
“It’s a short camp for both fighters. By the time they get into the rhythm and try and get everything right its going to be hard, there’s going to be injuries.
“There’s already signs, they already postponed it. Both men will train hard, so who knows man. It’s hard to call.”

He went on to add: “Tyson has to gee himself up now. His last fight was not a good fight man but he won, he won that fight, simple.
“I said he was going to get knocked down and come back and win the fight. I think that burst some of his bubble.
“Sometimes you can have a bad day but in boxing, you can’t have a bad day and win the fight.”
Fury will get a hefty payday from the fight as he is set to earn £50million.
However, there is also a clause in the deal for a rematch which would see The Gypsy King pocket another £50m.
Usyk goes into the fight undefeated having won all 21 of his pro fights.
Fury also boasts an unbeaten record from 34 bouts, but has one draw which came against Deontay Wilder in 2018. More

The photo, shared to Alalshiskh’s social media pages, featured over 30 people.
Among them were a number of icons known the world over like Mike Tyson, Manny Pacquiao and Conor McGregor.
Former British champion Amir Khan could be seen on the left of the group too.
Other icons including Lennox Lewis, Ricky Hatton Evander Holyfield, Oscar De La Hoya and Frank Bruno posed for the snap too.

Usyk was pictured in the photo as well.
And the photo seemed to break the internet, gaining over one million likes on Instagram alone after just one day.
Alalshiskh is the chairman of the Saudi General Entertainment Authority.

Under his watch, Saudi hosted Fury’s recent “Battle of the Baddest” clash with Francis Ngannou.
They will also host the stunning “Day of Reckoning” event on December 23.

The 33-year-old Mexican’s next opponent has not yet been confirmed – although a number of names have been linked.
The WBC have stated that David Benavidez will be named as the official challenger should he defeat Demetrius Andrade on November 25.
Matchroom promoter Hearn is excited by that potential showdown and believes El Bandera Roja could cause problems for Canelo. 
However, the Brit also stated that Andrade and David Morrell, the holder of the WBA “regular” title, could also give the icon a run for his money.

Hearn told FightHype: “The rumblings in the boxing world is Morrell is really good. We talk about earlier about Shakur Stevenson. It’s the same kind of thing. Why would you fight David Morrell?
“I’m not an adviser or a lawyer or a manager, but if I was, I’d say, if you want me to fight David Morrell, you’d better pay me an absolute fortune. No one knows outside of the hard, hardcore boxing who David Morrell is. 
“Therefore, the risk-reward doesn’t exist, and as much as we’d love to see that fight, even you got to to be honest and say, why would you fight Morrell? So, it’s down to the PBC to overpay people to fight David Morrell. That’s how boxing works.”
Hearn continued: “From the sounds of things, they wanted Benavidez to fight Morrell. Benavidez looked and went, ‘why?’ They probably didn’t even want to fight Andrade, to be honest with you. But he’s like, why would I fight Morrell? It’s not even a big fight, and he’s really good.

“So the answer is, who could beat Canelo? I think Benavidez gives him a good fight.
“I just feel Demetrius at 168 can’t necessarily stand up to the firepower, but we’ll see coming up. It’s a very good fight. 
“But Morrell might be overrated. You never know until Morrell is in a real fight what he’s got, either. But the rumblings are with people I really respect in boxing, say this kid is special.”
Meanwhile, Paul said his dream fight against the boxing superstar is “closer” than people think.
The 26-year-old YouTuber-turned boxer suffered defeat for the first time in February, losing a split-decision to Tommy Fury in Saudi Arabia.
He managed to bounce back with victory over MMA veteran Nate Diaz, 38, over ten rounds in August and he returns to the ring on December 15 against little-known professional boxer Andre August, who holds a record of 10-1-1.
The ‘Problem Child’ insisted the bout marks the start of his ambitious road to challenging for a world title and four-division champion Canelo is in his sights.
He told The MMA Hour: “Canelo has shown and said in interviews, he’s expressed interest in it. So, I think we’re closer than we think.
“And it’s bizarre to even be saying that now when like three years or two years ago saying that, I believed it from day one but everyone else was like, ‘Who the f*** is this kid? Shut this kid up.’ But now, it’s like pretty real.”

ANTHONY JOSHUA has hit back at Deontay Wilder’s dig about the British boxer and blasted “Who the f*** is he… he’s not a psychologist.”The former world champion questioned AJ’s identity as the heavyweights announced they will face separate bouts in Riyadh on December 23rd.

Joshua will fight Swedish boxer Otto Wallin while Wilder ends his long layoff with Joesph Parker.
This means fans will continue to wait for the heavily anticipated bout between the Brit and the American.
To keep light at the revelry Wilder gave his say on whether Joshua would face another defeat.
The 38-year-old said: “I worry about every fight he is in. We question Joshua about his identity.

AJ has won 29 fights in his professional career and has suffered three defeats which saw him lose his heavyweight titles.

The Brit bit back at Wilder’s comments and said: ” Who the f*** is he? He’s a boxer, not a psychologist.

“The boy has had 50 fights and he fought Jason Gavern in his 30-something fight, I probably fought him in my 12th.
“We are different, my identity is strong. If they’re looking for weaknesses and gaps, then they need to stop looking over here because I’m solid.”
But Wilder continued to say how if he had the same opportunities as Joshua he would still have been able to keep his heavyweight titles.
The America boxer lost his WBC Heavyweight title to Tyson Fury in 2020 after two consecutive defeats.
Wilder added: “They did an amazing job of promoting him and getting him to the top.
“I would’ve been the undisputed heavyweight world champion many years ago if I had the opportunities he was given.”

It will be the first time in history that all four WBA, WBC, IBF and WBO titles will be on the line.
Fury was last in the ring on October 28 when he secured a narrow split decision victory over Francis Ngannou.
The UFC star was making his professional boxing debut and came close to beating the Brit, knocking him down in the third round.
Ngannou was trained for the bout by Tyson and now the 57-year-old has had his say on Fury vs Usyk.

The legend is still backing the Gypsy King despite his poor performance last time out.
Tyson told Fight Hub TV: “You have to understand he is still the champion. He made that night a great night.
“He gave Francis the opportunity and that was just a bad night at the office for him.
