I’m 3ft tall aged 20, was bullied out of school at 9 & lived in rainy shack – now I’m a millionaire & pals with Ronaldo

HE’S now a millionaire with over 8million followers, travelling the world, dripping in designer clothes with a Rolex on his wrist. And he’s been seen hanging out with some of the world’s top celebs at some of the biggest fights in the world, including KSI v Tommy Fury in Manchester.

Abdu was born with rickets, which meant he stopped growing at the age of sixCredit: Instagram
But Abdu Rozik had far from an easy start in life.
He was born and raised in poverty-stricken Tajikstan, with rickets, a condition caused by a lack of nutrients and vitamins.
Due to financial restraints, his family couldn’t provide treatment and he stopped growing at the age of six, leaving him standing at just 3″2, aged 20.
Thanks to the condition, Abdu also can’t read or write, having had his education cut short at the age of nine, due to bullying from pupils AND teachers, as well as an exhausting two and a half hour walk to school.
    MORE SPORTS FEATURES
“It’s been difficult for me,” he tells us in an exclusive interview. “When I went to school for the first time, teachers didn’t take me seriously.
“They were all laughing at me.
“Also my house from the school was a two and a half hour walk, and I’m small so it was very difficult.
“School started at 8 o’clock, but I used to get there at 11.30 or 10.30. It was too difficult.
    Most read in Boxing
“Then I had teachers sometimes shouting at me for being late or they weren’t giving me books.
“If they’d given me books, maybe they’d have let me be good at learning some other language, but I can’t read. I can’t write. They didn’t take me seriously, they didn’t allow me to learn the language.
“I can’t read or write in my own language. It’s difficult for me.”

8 in a house with no roof
Abdu grew up in Tajikstan living with seven others in a house with no roofCredit: Instagram
Abdu was living in a house with no roof in Tajikstan with his two brothers, two sisters, mother and father, and grandmother – none of whom work.
“When it rained, the whole house would be covered in water,” he recalls. “We couldn’t sleep, it was too difficult.”
But it was singing that first started Abdu’s love for being in the spotlight, and gave him the drive to make a success of himself.
He says: “When I was small, I loved to sing. I used to sing in my village in the bazaar.
“I would be sat on the road and singing, and people would give me money.
“I used to work in one day, earn $1or $2 (80p or £1.60). It was very difficult.”
Very slowly, Abdu managed to earn enough money to buy a mobile phone, and open Instagram.
    8.4m followers
Abdu now has over 8 million followers on Instagram and lives in DubaiCredit: @abdu_rozik
He now has 8.4 million followers on the social media app – and has moved to Dubai.
“In one or two years, I got so many followers,” he says. “This, for me, is so big. And thank you so much for all my followers, for everyone supporting me.”
His followers have been boosted thanks to the attention he’s got surrounding a potential fight with Russian dwarf Hasbulla, who’s also a social media star.
“Everyone’s trying to get Hasbulla to fight me,” Abdu says. “I’m always ready to fight. He’s scared from me. He don’t want to do fight.
“He can’t talk English. He can’t do anything. He doesn’t have any talent. Zero talent.”

Abdu only learnt English a year ago, thanks to a mugging incident, which happened the first time he came to the country.
He says: “When we first came to the UK, we were meant to stay for 10-15 days.
“But on the last day, three hours before we were meant to go to Dubai, we went to a shop and somebody stole our bag.
“The bag had our passports in and they were so difficult to get back.
“They sent the passport from Tajikistan to Dubai, Dubai sent to Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi sent to Manchester, Manchester sent to London, and we were one and a half months stuck here.
“I learned English a little bit slowly by asking the word. ‘What is this?’ ‘Glasses’, ‘What is this?’ ‘Spoon’, ‘What is this?’ ‘Chicken.’
“After I started learning, then I went to Dubai and took English classes, and I learnt it in one year.”
His language studies helped when he met his “hero” Cristiano Ronaldo for the second time a few weeks ago at Tyson Fury’s fight against Francis Ngannou in Saudi Arabia.
“It was so good,” he beams. “I was much cooler than the first time.
“The first time I met Ronaldo in Manchester last year, I didn’t know how to speak English, it was too difficult for me, and I was shaking when I met Ronaldo.
“I was like, ‘I am your huge fan. I love you so much. Really, I love you too much.’
“He’s like ‘Okay. Don’t stress too much, calm down.’
“I was too shocked. I love him so much. He’s my hero.”
    Celebrity Big Brother stint?

As well as his singing and boxing, Abdu has started DJing recently, which he “loves”, and is also a reality TV star, having appeared on India’s version of Big Brother, Bigg Boss, last year.
Abdu was in the house for a whopping 105 days, and says it was very difficult.
He says: “It was too difficult, too crazy, without any family, without mobile for four months!
“It was a little bit difficult. Sometimes they were fighting, shouting. I loved it.”
But that hasn’t put him off wanting to go back into the house next year.
“I want to do Celebrity Big Brother in the UK,” he exclaims.
    Bought his family a home
Abdu has been able to provide for his family – but doesn’t forget where he came fromCredit: @abdu_rozik
Abdu was able to buy his family a seven-bedroom home in Tajikstan, and fixed the old house too, thanks to his newfound fame and fortune.
He says: “This, for me, was very important.
“It feels too good to provide for my family. They are all supporting me. They are so happy. They’re excited.”
But Abdu doesn’t forget where he came from, and went to visit his old house when he was last in Tajikstan.
“I went to sit and look at it,” he says. “Why? Because I’m remembering where I came from and who I’ve been before.
“It gives me a lot of motivation, power and strength.” More

I’m a pro boxer fighting on Katie Taylor’s undercard but I’m set to take on a way more dangerous day job fighting fires

LUCY WILDHEART might be the toughest boxer in Britain for chasing fights with world champions and fires. In the build-up to her Saturday night clash with 8-0 Australian ace Skye Nicolson, the Sweden-born Essex girl has taken her physical and mental tests and interviews to join the Chelmsford fire brigade.

The boxer also trains crossfitCredit: Instagram @lucywildheart
The fearless 30-year-old featherweight has spent the last week tapering down to 9st, sorting out her team’s fight-night kit, renovating her new home and waiting by the phone for news on her dream job.
And she hopes a hectic week is turned into a perfect one with a win on the Katie Taylor vs Chantelle Cameron undercard and a call from the Brigade to start her new post.
“I always wanted a job serving the community and helping people,” she told SunSport.
“And I have now passed the seven physical tests, had my interviews and am waiting for that phone call.
    READ MORE BOXING NEWS
“It was a little bit embarrassing at the physical – where he did a bleep test and strength, speed and stamina tests all in the full uniform and kit – because somebody there recognised me and told the instructor that I was a professional boxer.
“But it went well, it was tough, I can fight as low as 9st but I might have to rescue someone who weighs 16st so the tests have to be hard and I liked that and was proud to be one of the few people who passed.
“Hopefully the call doesn’t come when I am over in Ireland, training or at a media event. But I can always call back hopefully with another big win.”
It’s a massive month for Swedish boxing as Otto Wallin has been named as Anthony Joshua’s December 23 Saudi Arabia opponent.

Like Wildheart, Wallin left behind his home to move to a more boxing-friendly country and set up camp in New York.
And she reckons AJ and Nicolson’s shared promoter Matchroom have made a massive mistake cherry picking two compatriots who could become the biggest exports since Abba and Ikea.
She explained: “I met Otto many years ago at a training camp in Sweden, he told me that if I ever needed anything I could contact him straight away.
“I have never taken him up on his offer but I have never forgotten how nice he was to me so I have always followed his career.
“I think he can beat Joshua, it seems such a risky opponent on only six-weeks’ notice. But I think the same about them picking me for Skye.

“Otto is a southpaw, he is big, strong and a clever boxer who is in a great run of form.
“I lost my last fight on points but I took it on 24hrs notice, two divisions above my usual weight, against a former world champion, so my confidence has never been higher.
“I think me and Otto have both been overlooked as easy opponents, AJ and Skye are both being backed to go on to bigger fights straight after us.
“But I really believe we can both spring big upsets and spark a massive party back in Sweden.”

Eddie Hearn explains why Anthony Joshua fight with Deontay Wilder collapsed despite huge £40million offer

EDDIE HEARN has revealed why Anthony Joshua’s £40million mega-fight with Deontay Wilder collapsed. The duo will be fighting in Saudi Arabia on December 23 – but not against each other.

The promoter lifted the lid on Wilder’s £40m offer from several years agoCredit: Sportsfile
The date was initially set aside for Tyson Fury to take on Oleksandr Usyk in a heavyweight title unifier.
But with the two champions now sparring in February, boxing fans were hopeful of seeing AJ and Wilder finally putting their feud to rest.
Unfortunately for punters, the rivals failed to agree a deal.
And Joshua will now fight Otto Wallin, while Wilder is taking on Joseph Parker.

The two men could eventually meet next year provided they win their respective Christmas clashes.
But American fighter Wilder said this week he was holding out little hope for an eventual battle, having failed to secure a £40m clash with Joshua several years ago.
He said: “It’s his management that have held him back from fighting me because, you know, he’s a fighter.
“It’s been over six years. But there comes a point in time were you’re like ‘forget it’.

“Many times he wanted to fight, he wanted to accept it but his handlers didn’t want it because Joshua is the money-maker for the company. And if he goes down, so does the business.”
Joshua’s promoter Hearn has now confirmed that Wilder did make a £40m proposal “three or four years ago.”
However, an official contract was not sent through afterwards, resulting in the fight collapsing.
Hearn told the Mail: “To be honest with you, that was about three, four years ago. No one came to us with an offer. We received an email.
“I mean, me and Deontay are friends so I don’t to be hard, but we received an email from a Hotmail address saying ‘we will give you 50 million dollars for the fight.
“It was sent to Anthony Joshua directly, he was like ‘what?’ I went back and said ‘send the contract’.
“They went ‘no, you need to agree terms before we send the contract’. I said ‘you don’t agree terms before sending the contract’.
“I didn’t know what the contract looks like at this point. I’m not going to put myself in a position and say ‘yes I agree terms’ and then receive a contract that is just rubbish and you can’t sign it.
“But they never sent it. There’s a lot of reasons why that fight didn’t happen but we have to look to the future.
“We have a big chance of getting the fight but it’s all irrelevant if they don’t win on December 23.”

Carl Froch backs Tony Bellew for I’m a Celeb success but reveals why he might have a rumble in the jungle

CARL FROCH has backed friend Tony Bellew to thrive in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here, but admits he will need to “calm down” in the jungle.Former world champion boxer Bellew, 40, is set to enter the camp on Thursday evening’s show as a latecomer despite the passing of his nan on the eve of the programme, which started on Sunday.

And legendary super-middleweight Froch, 46, who revealed earlier this year that Bellew was the only man to ever knock him down in sparring, feels he will take to the reality show like a duck to water.
However, he was also quick to stress the Evertonian will need to control his temper.
Speaking to AceOdds, Froch said: “I think he’ll do really well. I think he’s a good guy, Tony.
“He stands by his principles. He says some things that I agree with. He says them in an intense way and puts himself out there.

“He beat my best mate David Haye and I’ve still not fell out with him because he helped me sparring for some big world title fights. I think he’ll do well. He’s a man of principle but he’s fair. He’s a nice guy.
“He comes across as this angry guy and he’s got to calm down and that but he’s a nice guy. He’s got four kids, a loving wife, he’s a family man, and he’s a real avid Everton fan.
“He’ll take part in the challenges. He’ll help out with the team. If anybody says anything you don’t agree with, he’ll tell them or hopefully he will unless he’s playing the game a little bit.”
Bellew’s career-high came in 2016 when he beat Ilunga Makabu to win the WBC Cruiserweight title at Goodison Park.

Since then, he has featured as a pundit on DAZN’s boxing coverage, as well as guest appearing on shows such as A League Of Their Own.
And his outspoken personality looks set to make him a watchable character in the jungle.
But while Froch heaped praise on Bellew, he also insists he has no interest in any form of TV.
He added: “There’s some big household names in there [I’m A Celeb]. I don’t know f***ing anyone.
“I don’t watch TV. I don’t watch any television that’s on the like legacy media, I don’t look at it.” More

Daniel Dubois brutally warned his career could be OVER aged just 26 if he loses to disgraced Jarrell Miller

Now the 26-year-old British heavyweight hopeful is set to return to the ring on December 23 on a bumper night of boxing in Saudi Arabia.
Dubois has signed to fight the disgraced American Miller – who is most-famous on these shores for failing anti-doping tests ahead of his then cancelled scrap with Anthony Joshua.
The Brooklyn trash-talker, who has won all three fights since his ban, is considered to be the rank outsider with most bookies.
However, Matchroom promoter Eddie Hearn believes the man known as ‘Big Baby’ will provide a much bigger test than many anticipate.
    READ MORE ON SPORT
He told Boxing Social: “I think it’s a very tough fight.
“I mean if Jarrell Miller’s got a good chin it’s a very tough fight for Daniel Dubois, because I feel like Jarrell puts a lot of pressure on, he’s got a good engine, I think he’ll try and wear Dubois down but he’s gonna have to come through some heavy artillery on the way.”
Miller, 35, has vowed to knockout Dubois – and Hearn says that the Englishman’s career could be finished if that scenario unfolds.
He added: “I think if Daniel Dubois loses his career might be over.
