PEP GUARDIOLA says he gave his Manchester City stars permission to go out partying on Sunday night.
The champions took advantage of a rare free week to let their hair down after the 6-1 win at Aston Villa.

SunSport revealed how they met up with a bevvy of Italian instagram models – who were staying at the Mere Hotel in Cheshire – for a Bunga Bunga-style bash.
But Guardiola says he likes the fact his players and staff enjoy a night out together on the rare occasions they get the chance.
Asked if he was aware of the knees up, Guardiola said: “I think…I knew it.
“When they have time, they make a lot of times for dinners together, with the staff. They did it many times anyway.
“And I like it when they are together outside here.
“They do it sometimes at home, sometimes in a restaurant as was the case. It was nice.”
City’s players were on a belated Christmas party having had a tough schedule since the November international break.
The players had Monday and Tuesday off so there was no curfew in place – as they did not train until Thursday.
Guardiola – who turns 49 on Saturday as his team face Crystal Palace at the Etihad – said: “We have had one or two days off.

“But we’ve tried to prepare not just for this game. We analysed the Villa game, how we defended how we attack, Villa play similar to Sheffield United and we are there on Tuesday.
“Then knock out games with Fulham and Manchester United.
“So it’s a normal routine, we have to improve but we are going well, review our game, what worked and what didn’t work as always.”
