Dortmund value their winger, who will still have two years left on his contract at the end of the season, at over £100m.

They are aware of the interest in the winger and accept he could leave the Westfalenstadion this summer.

The 19-year-old England international moved from Manchester City to Germany in 2017 for £8m.

The London-born star has thrived ever since after being given the chance of playing first team football.

Sancho is now keen on a move back to the Premier League, according to the Time, and wants to speak with United about their interest in him.

Red Devils manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is keen on strengthening his attack after the blow of losing out on Haaland, who has scored 24 goals this season.

Strikers will remain a high priority with the need to add to Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and 18-year-old Mason Greenwood.

United sold Romelu Lukaku and loaned out Alexis Sanchez in the summer, leaving them short up top.

Having already won 11 England caps since joining Dortmund, Sancho is also wanted by the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona as well.

Sancho is, according to the Times, intrigued by a move to Spain and is also being monitored by Chelsea, as exclusively revealed SunSport.

The Blues may well steal a march on their rivals as the youngster, who grew up in Camberwell, South London, could be swayed by a move back to the capital.

Dortmund fans have not taken lightly to the interest coming from Europe for the winger over the past few months, especially from Man Utd.

Many fans claimed he is not good enough following Dortmund’s Champions League defeat to Barcelona.

One supporter accused the winger of behaving like a ”piece of s***” as speculation around his future intensified.

It came despite Sancho being the only one who scored a goal in that 3-1 loss.

However, he did trip himself up after returning to Germany late from England duty, landing a hefty fine in October.

It further fuelled the talk surrounding his desire to move back to England.

With Haaland out of the way at Old Trafford and in his way at Dortmund, that move back to Manchester looks more likely than ever.
