WEST BROM have launched a formal complaint against Barcelona to Fifa regarding a lack of transfer compensation for Louie Barry.
The La Liga giants were supposed to pay the Baggies £230,000 – the basic set fee for signing a player under the age of 23.

Barry, 16, signed for Barcelona in the summer, but the Spanish giants are still yet to pay the Championships side, according to reports.
Barca beat Paris Saint-Germain to the exciting England youth international’s signature – despite the youngster having a medical with the French champions.
West Brom checked with the FA and EFL to ensure they had lived up to their end of the transfer deal.
Now they have gone to world governing body Fifa to ensure Barcelona pay up.
The Spaniards were expected to pay the fee in two separate instalments but have so far failed to cough up.
West Brom were already frustrated by losing their star youngster so cheaply.
At the time of the deal, technical director Luke Dowling said: “It can frustrate you, that’s for sure.
“Because of the rules that apply to these young boys that go across border, it can sometimes be driven for the wrong reasons in my opinion.”
Barry first shot onto the radar of Europe’s top clubs when he scored ten goals in just five games with England’s Under-15s at a tournament in Italy.
The striker then won the Golden Boot at a French tournament with the Young Lions’ Under-16s squad.
