LIVERPOOL’S title charge has been dealt a blow after Fabinho hobbled off in the Champions League home game against Napoli.
The European champions saw the Brazilian limp off after 19 minutes with what appeared to be an ankle injury.

Georginio Wijnaldum came on for the 26-year-old former Monaco man.
Now Jurgen Klopp faces an anxious wait on his fitness, but Fabinho was due to be suspended for their Premier League game at home to Brighton anyway.
Fabinho flopped to the ground after he awkwardly challenged Napoli striker Hirving Lozano.
He was yards from Jurgen Klopp at the time and managed to get up before limping off and was replaced by his Dutch team-mate.
Carlo Ancelotti’s side took the lead just minutes after the incident through, with Dries Mertens nailing a through ball across Alisson and in.
A win for Napoli would see them leapfrog the Reds at the top of Group E, but Dejan Lovren nodded in an equaliser from a corner to tie it up.
