BOXING fans couldn’t help but mock Deontay Wilder’s entrance outfit before his brutal KO of Luis Ortiz.
The Alabama boxer is not one to go about his business under the radar and that was certainly the case on Saturday night with a historic win over the Cuban.

But it wasn’t just his performance inside the ring that had people talking.
The WBC champ loves a dramatic ring-walk costume and it was the same again as he stepped out in an outfit that consisted of his trademark crown and face mask.
Wilder also wore a suspect white and gold outfit that had huge shoulder pads and it caused quite a stir on social media.
Numerous people watching even likened him to a Power Ranger.
One said: “Why does he look like a power rangers villain?”
Another simply added: “Cringe as usual.”
The crown can be forgiven after his stunning seventh round knockout maintained his unbeaten record and set up a tasty rematch against Tyson Fury.
He had previously said of wearing a mask: “[The mask] has an energy about it that I feed off.
“Putting the mask on is like a blocker, I zone in. Most definitely it’s a strange feeling.
“The mask is everything for me.”
“When my mind transforms it is a scary feeling.
“It is a source of power that takes over and allows me to feel like I know I can.”
That source of power was certainly evident last night after a brutal straight right ended the fight in dramatic fashion
And how he needed it with Ortiz en route to inflicting Wilder’s first ever defeat.
Even the three judges had the 40-year-old in control until he was caught with that bruising blow.
Eric Cheek, Dave Moretti and Steve Weisfeld all had Ortiz dominating the fight as they headed into the seventh round.
Cheek’s score was 58-56 in favour of Ortiz, Moretti 59-55 and Weisfeld also 59-55.
