MARTIN BRUNDLE brutally snubbed the opportunity to interview a Playboy icon at the Las Vegas Grand Prix.

The Sky Sports presenter spoke to several stars on his Vegas grid walk, including Gladiator 2 actor Paul Mescal and Olympian Noah Lyles.

Among the celeb attendees was former Playmate and actress Jenny McCarthy, whom Brundle was offered the chance to interview.

But he politely declined to interview the American star as he did his famous grid walk.

After walking away from his chat with Lyles, a man tapped Brundle on his shoulder and asked him: “Jenny McCarthy?”

A confused-looking Brundle replied by saying: “It’s okay, it’s okay.”

Brundle, who was without sound due in his ear to a technical issue, then proceeded to continue walking up the grid.

Footage of his snubbing of the former Playboy star went viral and soon became the talk of F1 fans.

One wrote on X: “Martin Brundle wanted nothing to do with that Jenny McCarthy interview lmaoooo.”

Another said: “Classic.”

One gobsmacked viewer said: “Martin dodging Jenny McCarthy goes down in my top moment from this race already.”

Some F1 fans, however, were disappointed Brundle rejected the opportunity to interview the bombshell.

One wrote: “Martin Brundle passes on talking to Jenny McCarthy. To be clear, I would not pass on that opportunity.”

It was a British one-two in Sin City as Mercedes duo George Russell and Lewis Hamilton finished in first and second place respectively.

Max Verstappen could only muster a fifth-placed finish in the Vegas desert.

But it was enough for the Dutchman to win his FOURTH title on the bounce.

An emotional Verstappen said over the Red Bull team radio: “What a season.

“It was a little more difficult than last season, but we pulled through.”

He added: “It has been a long season and we started amazing, almost like cruising.

“And then we had a tough run but we kept it together as a team, kept working on improvements and pulled it over the line.

“To stand here as a four-time world champion is something I never thought possible so standing here relieved in a way but also proud.”
