NATHAN DELFOUNESO has been named the temporary manager of AFC Fylde.
The former Premier League star was without a club after leaving Hednesford Town.
Delfouneso, 33, has taken charge of the team on an interim basis after manager Chris Beech and his assistant Nick Anderton left the club.
The striker will be joined by former Shrewsbury Town and Port Vale goalkeeper Chris Neal in the dugout.
They will be preparing the team for their National League clash against Southend on Tuesday night.
Fylde are currently 23rd in the division, having won just once in their first eight games.
