He caused Liverpool problems in the 4-3 FA Cup win and Wright believes he is proving to be a “massive problem” for whichever opponent he comes up against.

Wright predicts there will be bigger and better things to come from the youngster, and is excited to see what he will deliver once United get the rest of the team right.

He said on his Wrighty’s House podcast: “I need to mention Garnacho because he is a massive problem for everybody.

“In spells and in moments during that game he was doing some unbelievable things. I thought it was a very impressive performance in a massive game for him, especially considering his age.

“As soon as they get the structure right around him he can start to learn more and know where he needs to be in a game because at the moment it’s so chaotic in there.

“But if that happens then we’re really going to see the best of him, we really are.”

Garnacho, 19, has scored seven goals and produced four assists this season.

And he is now a mainstay in the team after ousting £85million man Antony from right-wing.

The Argentina international has won a lot of plaudits through his performances this season, including from former Red Devil Paul Scholes.

He said of Garnacho: “He’s been good every time I’ve seen him. I think he’s been a real threat. I thought he should have come on before Antony, who does have his strengths, don’t get me wrong.

“But his lad [Garnacho] is direct, he doesn’t care, there’s no fear in a young player. He wants to score goals and he wants to make goals and he’s more than capable of doing it.”
