THOMAS TUCHEL launched a bitter nine-word blast to his Bayern Munich stars after it was confirmed he will leave at the end of the season.
The German took charge less than a year ago but his Bayern stint has not gone to plan.
Despite the addition of Harry Kane Bayern’s chances of winning the Bundesliga look slim, with Lazio also beating them 1-0 in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie.
Last week Bayern announced Tuchel will leave at the end of the season, leading the former Chelsea boss to aim a sly dig at some of his players.
From his comment it appears Tuchel feels some of his best players did not perform to their ability.
He is reported to have told his squad: “Everyone can show up for the new coach now.”

However Tuchel also remained upbeat as his side have plenty to play for, despite their shock DfB Pokal Cup defeat to Saarbrucken in November.
Bayern are eight points off league leaders Bayer Leverkusen and their second leg against Lazio is at home, making them favourites to win the tie.
Tuchel added in his squad meeting: “There are no longer discussions every week, everyone knows about it.
“We can still achieve something, we have to win.”

Bayern are on the search for Tuchel’s successor and have been heavily linked with a move for Leverkusen boss Xabi Alonso, who is also wanted by Liverpool.
Brighton manager Robert De Zerbi is another option but the German outfit will reportedly have to pay his £12.8m release clause.
