CHRIS COLEMAN is reportedly being lined up to become Republic of Ireland manager.
The former Wales boss could make a stunning return to international management.
He previously spent over five years in charge of the Dragons, guiding them to the semi-finals at Euro 2016.
According to the Independent, Coleman is now a contender to replace Stephen Kenny as Ireland boss.
He is now seen as a strong candidate after talks stalled with first-choice Lee Carsley.
The England under-21 manager remains in the running but is currently unlikely to take over, the report adds.
