RALF Rangnick’s only Man Utd signing could finally make his debut against Luton Town, after being seen training with the squad.
Toby Collyer, now 20, was signed by the German coach two years ago, two months after the January transfer window closed.
He joined from Brighton and was considered one for the future, as he was immediately assigned to the U21 side.
The England youth international was first training with the first team ahead of a clash against Barcelona in the Europa League last season.
Collyer is a defensive midfielder by trade.
However, he has been used by United’s youth teams at centre back.

Despite his promise, and manager Erik ten Hag’s increased use of the club’s young stars, he has yet to make an appearance for the Dutchman.
But he has been called up to the squad to train ahead of the Luton game.
And that could indicate he is ready to appear in the match day squad at Kenilworth Road.
Rangnick had a brief spell as Man Utd boss in the 2021-2022 season.

The now-Austria manager had one transfer window to make any changes.
He reportedly instructed the board to buy six players, including Christopher Nkunku, Luis Diaz and Erling Haaland.
United chiefs refused, and instead chose to back Ten Hag when he arrived in the summer of 2022.
