ANTHONY ELANGA has shown off his footwork in an insane workout video.
The Nottingham Forest winger left fans with cramp just from watching footage from his gym session.
Elanga tapped three piles of plates, each at a different height, with his right foot whilst his left rested on a bar behind him.
In the video, he completed 36 taps in 7.08 seconds at a rate of just over five taps per second.
Viewers were left in awe of the 21-year-old’s speed, with one commenting: “I’m getting leg cramps just looking at him.”
Another added: “That’s absolutely ridiculous! Imagine him on a dance mat.”

Elanga has since scored four goals and provided six assists for Forest this season.
Those include an assist in his side’s home victory over United in December, with the forward riling up fans of his former club.
After being substituted, Elanga pointed to the Forest badge whilst making his way off the pitch, to the anger of United supporters.
