GORGEOUS Emma Louise Jones has revealed she suffered an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction while at the gym.
The BBC Sport presenter is no stranger to revealing his mishaps on social media.
And this one must rank as her most amusing.
The blonde stunner took to Instagram to share a photo where she looked glam as usual in her workout gear.
However, her caption on the snap told a different story.
“Last workout of 2023 done & I discovered I had a hole on my backside midway through,” she wrote.

Quickly realising she got her year wrong, she amended her story with another caption.
She posted: “I meant 2024 not 2023.
“I’m still recovering from realising I had a hole in my leggings at the gym so my head’s not with it.”
