MANCHESTER UNITED ace Amad Diallo opened up about his recent injury troubles on social media.
Amad hobbled off the pitch during a pre-season friendly with Arsenal in the US two months ago.
The winger was then spotted walking out on crutches backstage at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
It was later revealed that the 21-year-old suffered a knee injury that he is currently recovering from.
The Ivory Coast international took to Instagram where he shared a story to reveal he is on his way back to full fitness “step by step”.
Amad shared a picture of his knee which appears to have a big scar on it, suggesting he underwent surgery.

It doesn’t appear like the Ivorian will be fit enough to come in to the first team and offer solutions to manager Erik ten Hag’s depleted attack any time soon.
This comes as Jadon Sancho’s future at Old Trafford was plunged into uncertainty following an explosive post on Twitter targeting Ten Hag.
The Dutch tactician claimed he left Sancho out of his squad that lost at Arsenal on Sunday because he didn’t perform at the required level during training.
The winger denied those claims on social media and claimed he has become a “scapegoat”.

Antony has also been accused of domestic violence by his ex-girlfriend Gabriela Cavallin and domestic abuse campaigners urged the Manchester giants to ditch him.
Police in Manchester and Sao Paulo are investigating, while the winger was also dropped by Brazil for their 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Bolivia and Peru.
United issued the following statement: “Manchester United acknowledges the allegations made against Antony and notes that the Police are conducting enquiries.
“Pending further information, the club will be making no further comments.

This comes after Mason Greenwood secured a controversial loan to Getafe.
United were forced into a U-turn over Greenwood coming back to the first team after charges of attempted rape and assault were dropped.
A public backlash led to the Red Devils dropping the striker, who then moved to Spain.
