British television legend Ian McShane was spotted sitting alongside Sir Alex Ferguson during Saturday’s 3-2 win over Nottingham Forest.

Fans were left confused as the 80-year-old sat chatting to Fergie during the game.

And he would have enjoyed the rousing comeback by Erik ten Hag’s side, who recovered from 2-0 down to win.

McShane is far from being the only celeb to have shown off their love for United down the years.
