England has been one of the destinations Skriniar has been linked with the most.

He has more recently attracted interest from London clubs Chelsea and Tottenham.

Arsenal, Manchester United and Manchester City have all previously been keen too.

PSG have also tried to sign Skriniar as recently as last summer, and with the player’s contract set to expire at the end of the season, he can be picked up for FREE.

According to Foot Mercato, PSG have offered Skriniar a contract.

However, a mystery Prem club has offered BETTER terms.

Skriniar’s entourage want PSG to raise their offer in line with what has been offered by the English club.

A January transfer can also be ruled out with the player not keen to move in the winter window.

PSG are also more focussed on strengthening their attack.
