ANGRY Antonio Conte slapped the ball out of Liverpool assistant manager Pep Lijnders’ hands as Tottenham searched for an equaliser against Liverpool.
The Spurs gaffer marched into the away team’s technical area to whack the ball away.
With 19 minutes left of the game, the ball went out for a Liverpool throw-in.
Harry Kane had scored for the hosts just seconds earlier after a Mohamed Salah first-half double.
And with momentum on Spurs’ side, Conte wanted Andy Robertson to take the throw quickly.
Spurs coach Cristian Stellini went to hand Robertson a ball, while Liverpool assistant manager Lijnders held another in his hands in the other dugout.

Conte appeared annoyed that Lijnders didn’t throw his ball to Robertson.
As a result, the Italian gaffer marched over and furiously slapped the ball out of Lijnders’ hands.
The Liverpool coach held up his hands to protest his innocence, before a row between the two dugouts broke out.
Spurs gaffer Conte was booked by referee Andy Madley for hitting the ball away.
