  • Laced up for a cause!

Inequality has no place in football, which is undoubtedly a game for everyone, and there is no room for hatred of any form in the beautiful game.

Today’s game between Spurs and Newcastle United will see both teams show their support for @stonewalluk‘s efforts to promote equality in football, on and off the pitch.

It seems that certain players will lace up with rainbow laces in their boots, and Hugo Lloris will be wearing a rainbow captains armband, as Cesar Azpilicueta was for Chelsea yesterday.

  • Newcastle team reaction.

Newcastle fans seem happy with the lineup, which sees Bruno Guimaraes in from the beginning.

More good news, as Joelinton is back in the side for the Magpies amid injury concerns.

Many fans however are confused at the shape that they are playing, which sees four midfielders in the side, this means Joe Willock or Joelinton could be playing out wide.
