“Wiegman will now return to all elements of her role and will take her place on the bench for tonight’s quarter-final against Spain at the Brighton & Hove Community Stadium.”
Wiegman missed England’s 5-0 thrashing of Northern Ireland last time out as she continued to recover from the virus.
The win ensured the Lionesses smashed a staggering 14 goals in Group A – and none conceded.
