ITALIAN prosecutors are demanding that Tottenham managing director of football Fabio Paratici be banned for 16 months, according to reports.
The FIGC have been investigating 11 clubs in Italy regarding alleged suspicious transfers, with Paratici’s former side Juventus among them.

According to DiMarzio, prosecutors have demanded that the 49-year-old be suspended for 16 months and 10 days.
Paratici left Juve at the end of last season, subsequently joining Spurs in June 2021.

Paratici is among 61 club executives across 11 Italian teams under investigation.
Juventus president Andrea Agnelli is also among them, with prosecutors recommending a one year ban for the 46-year-old.
They have also recommended an eight-month ban for Juve legend Pavel Nedved – as well as a £670,000 fine for the Italian giants.
Prosecutors are seeking to hit Napoli chief Aurelio De Laurentiis with an 11 month and five day ban.
Third place Napoli are currently four points and one place above Juve in the Serie A table, and trail league leaders Inter by just two points.
