ECONOMIC sanctions imposed against Russia by the UK government could reportedly prevent West Ham from paying CSKA Moscow the full amount for Nikola Vlasic.
The Russian club are due £26million in total from West Ham after Vlasic was signed on deadline day last summer.

Russia’s ongoing invasion of Ukraine has resulted in economic sanctions against the country imposed by Boris Johnson’s government.
That could see all business between English and Russian clubs banned.
As a result West Ham may be unable to hand over their next instalment for Vlasic’s services, due for August, according to The Guardian.
The FA expect clubs to comply with economic sanctions imposed within the UK.
But it’s claimed the matter of unpaid transfer fees is a matter for Fifa, not the FA.
Vlasic has played 24 times in all competitions this season, scoring one goal.
Alex Kral is also currently on loan at West Ham from CSKA’s rivals Spartak Moscow, although he’s unlikely to be signed permanently.
Spartak were dumped out of the Europa League by Uefa yesterday.
All Russian teams have been suspended from European competitions, while the FIFA have axed the national team from this year’s World Cup.
Elsewhere the Champions League final has been moved to Paris from Russian city St Petersburg.
And Vlasic and Kral’s West Ham team-mate Andriy Yarmolenko has publicly called on Russian footballer’s to ‘show their balls’ and stand-up to Vladimir Putin.
The Ukrainian international spoke out being granted time off by the club following Russia’s invasion of his homeland.
A number of Ukrainian sporting stars are back in their homeland fighting back against the Russian invasion.
Boxing legend Wladimir Klitschko and heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk have both signed up to defend their home nation against Putin’s attack.
Vitali Klitschko and Vasyl Lomachenko have also bravely joined the fight.
