GRAEME SOUNESS slammed Leeds saying ‘Arsenal will never have an easier away game’ after putting four past Marcelo Bielsa’s men.
The Gunners heaped more misery on injury-stricken Leeds, coming out 4-1 victors on Saturday night to tighten their grip on fourth place.
Arsenal found themselves 3-0 up at half-time thanks to a brace from Gabriel Martinelli and a fine finish from Bukayo Saka.
And during the half-time break, Souness didn’t pull any punches as he blasted Leeds, insisting ‘they’re not going to survive in this league’.
He said on Sky Sports: “Leeds play like they’re in the school playground, they really do.
“When you’re a defender you have decisions to make. As a defender you must decide what’s the most dangerous thing. That’s where your concentration needs to be.
“3-0 does not flatter Arsenal. You have to say Leeds are an absolute shambles, an absolute shambles.
“They’ve got young players and injuries, but the way they’ve been asked to play, they’re not going to survive in this league.”

Leeds showed some heart in the second half and pulled a goal back from the penalty spot through Raphinha.
But in-form Emile Smith Rowe scored after coming off the bench for the second game running to seal the win.
And at full-time, Souness continued: “Arsenal will never have an easier away game this year.
“That first half they could have scored six or seven goals.
“They took their foot of the accelerator in the second half and won easily.”
On the win, Arteta told BBC Sport: “It was a really tough week but really positive with performances and results.
“We must be happy today.
“They had to play the most physical team in the league and they had to be ready. We had a nightmare to come to the hotel.”
