FOLARIN BALOGUN’S dazzling footwork won Arsenal’s Under-23 side a penalty in their 3-0 win over Brighton last night.
The opposing Brighton star had no choice but to foul Balogun who flew past him with his mesmerising skills in the 64th minute.
Balogun had already got on the scoresheet, and the Gunners were 2-0 up, but he wasn’t done yet.
The 20-year-old nutmegged the Seagulls ace near the corner flag, then outpaced him to latch back on to the ball in the penalty area.
But before the England youth star could strike, he was brought down by the Brighton teen who clipped his feet out of desperation.
And from the penalty spot, Balogun completed Arsenal’s rout over the Seagulls.
Gunners fans were in total awe of Balogun’s silky skills and showed their appreciation on social media.
One user wrote: “That move was waaay too filthy bro!!!”

While another quipped: “Balogun you cheeky player. What did you do to the poor Brighton player.”
One fan was so impressed with the American-born Balogun’s footwork, he claimed that the youngster will be the best striker in the world one day.
And several others expressed their desire to see him become a regular in the Gunners senior team.
Balogun did make his first-team debut in Arsenal’s shocking 2-0 loss to Brentford at the start of the season.
Following that game, he made a brief appearance in the Gunners 2-0 loss to Chelsea, and also in their 3-0 win over AFC Wimbledon in the Carabao Cup.
But Balogun is being tipped for a bright future at Arsenal who tied him down to a long-term contract in April.
