DEONTAY WILDER will KO Tyson Fury within five rounds in their trilogy fight, according to the American’s trainer Malik Scott.
The two heavyweights will step into the ring for a third time on October 9 in Las Vegas.
Wilder was battered from pillar to post by Fury in February 2020, and then came out with a whole host of wacky excuses for the loss.
Fourteen months earlier the pair drew on the judges scorecards – though many believe Fury was robbed.
But Wilder’s trainer and former boxer Scott is predicting big things from his man in the career-defining rematch.
Speaking to Sky Sports, the 40 year old said: “This Deontay would knock out the old Deontay in two rounds. He is 10 times more focused, training 100 times harder.
“It is a violent camp. His mentality is very violent.
“This will be the best version of Deontay Wilder that you have ever seen.

“Deontay will knock Fury out inside of five rounds.”
Unsurprisingly Fury is not going along with this train of thought, guaranteeing that he will stop ‘one-trick pony’ Wilder quicker than he did last year.
That stoppage came in the seventh round. But Scott believes under-estimating Wilder this time round will come back to haunt the Gypsy King.
He added: “They underestimate his IQ. He is not some big, dumb guy who just throws a right hand.
“There is method to his madness.”
Wilder is also tipped to get his revenge by fellow heavyweight Chris Arreola.
The 40 year old, who lost to Andy Ruiz Jr last time out, told Fight Hype: “Wilder has the most to prove, and Wilder has the bigger chip in his shoulder because Fury gave it to him.
“I’m taking Wilder; I’m honestly taking Wilder.
“By any means necessary. If it’s by knockout or disqualification, whatever it is. Wilder is winning that fight, man.”
