England were beaten by Italy on penalties in the Euro 2020 final at Wembley on Sunday night.

They’ve been in a Covid-secure bubble away from families for six weeks and provided some special memories for the nation.

And they got to see their loved ones on Sunday night in a suite at Wembley.

The Wags have been a regular fixture at England’s Euros games in a bid to cheer their men to glory.

They had a party at the home of football on Sunday night after the harrowing penalties defeat by Italy.

Other family members were also in attendance at the exclusive after party.

Harry Maguire was seen leading a conga line as Three Lions players relaxed and enjoyed themselves.

There was also a rendition of Oasis anthem ‘Don’t Look Back in Anger’ at the party that went on overnight.

And a late night karaoke of ‘Sweet Caroline’ also broke out in the Wembley suite.

The Wags documented the party on social media – where players were given their own tables.

Megan Davison, Fern Hawkins and Rebecca Attwood were among the Wags in attendance.

Three Lions legend Wayne Rooney also made an appearance after the final whistle blew on the Euros.

Conor Coady’s wife Amie also shared an adorable snap of the Wolves star with their three sons and the caption ‘Daddy’s coming home’.

Captain Harry Kane showed his class after kick-off when he consoled his heartbroken and tearful wife Kate in the stands.

England players checked out of their north London hotel on Monday morning to go their separate ways.

Disappointed players were pictured trudging out of the Grove Hotel’s front entrance this morning, after their gut wrenching penalty shootout defeat to Italy.

Assistant coach Chris Powell was clearly emotional as he left The Grove, as he spoke to staff after a whirlwind few weeks with England.

Southgate also left the hotel and offered a wave to the camera.

And the 50-year-old will have much to ponder ahead of next year’s World Cup in Qatar.

The Three Lions boss has created an incredible team spirit, and taken the nation as far as it has gone in decades.

But he will be desperate to go one better again next time around.
