HARRY KANE turned creator for England’s equaliser against Denmark in the Euro 2020 semi-final.
England fell behind to Mikkel Damsgaard’s free-kick in the 30th minute but responded well to the setback.
And Kane was at the forefront of The Three Lions attack, producing a sublime pass to cut through the Denmark defence.
That put Bukayo Saka through and his low cross, which was aimed at Raheem Sterling, was turned into the net by Denmark captain Simon Kjaer.
England could have scored moments before, with Kane playing a key role once again.
On that occasion he was found by Saka with a through ball before crossing into Sterling, but the Manchester City forward could only fire straight at Kasper Schmeichel.
Kane also had his own effort at goal, but sent a half volley from 20 yards flying over the Denmark bar.
But the captain led by example after England fell behind and was seen tapping his head to tell his team-mates to keep calm and keep their heads.
And Kane’s first-half performance earned him several plaudits on social media.

One England fan wrote: “The world might not remember through the historical statistics books THAT Harry Kane pass just now… but I will at least here. Simply BRILLIANT.”
Another added: “Kane’s been running the show tonight. Excellent hold-up play and 3 absolutely superb passes.”
And one supporter thought Kane’s performance was worthy of even greater recognition, saying: “Harry Kane is the only PL player who deserves Balon d’Or shouts.”
Kane later stepped up in extra-time to score a winner from the spot and earn his side a clash with Italy in Sunday’s final.
