MORE FROM GRAHAM POTTER
“Our job is to try and create more chances and limit the opposition, I thought we did that quite well, regardless of where they are in the league they’ve got some good attacking players, they can turn defence to attack very quickly.
“We feel like we’ve performed consistently quite well, the Leicester game is the one game where we don’t feel we were ourselves apart from that we’ve been in the games, created chances and not conceded too many chances but some times in this league you have to suffer, when you do you have to stick together and take it and try to find a way out.”
REACTION FROM GRAHAM POTTER
“Chances wise I thought it was quiet even, we had some good ones in the first half, they had some better ones second half, a little moment of quality has undone us but I thought it was quite an even game perfromance wise we were ok.
“If you don’t score and they do that’s how it is, I though it was quiet an even game, there wasn’t too many chances for them or us, our work rate was really, really good, we’re suffering a bit but we need to deal with it and move forward.”
REACTION FROM ARTETA
“The fact we won against Chelsea was a big boost and to come here three days later and get another win for us is massively important. I’m proud of the boys and happy with the result.
“When you lose the amount of games that we did recently to maintain high spirts is a big challenge but we have managed to do that.
“The best medicine is wins, the picture looks much better at the moment, we just need to have that consistency go against West Brom now and try to win again.”
MORE FROM LACAZETTE
“We want to come back to the top of the table and we know we have to win games in a row, the win against Chelsea gave us a lot of confidence and we just want to win every game and come back to the top.”
REACTION FROM LACAZETTE
“I’m really happy, when you come off the bench you need to help the team, it’s good for me and for the team as well.
“Bukayo gave me a good pass, as I like and yeah it was good for me, he’s really good and with every game he improves, he shows his quality even though he’s young he’s still working hard for the team so everyone is happy with him.”
