Arsenal were smashed 4-1 by Man City in Tuesday’s Carabao Cup quarter-final to compound a miserable start to the season.
They head into Christmas 15th in the Premier League table and without a win since November 1.
The Gunners face Chelsea on Boxing Day before rounding out 2020 against Brighton.

And Groves told talkSPORT that time is running out for Arteta, who was appointed as manager 12 months ago.
Speaking on Monday night, Groves said: “If these lacklustre performances continue over the next three games, are Arsenal fans telling me they’d stick with Arteta?
“I think he’s got three games – we play Man City, Chelsea on Boxing Day and then Brighton away.
“I’ve always said a manager should have three transfer windows to get the players in and get the players out, and one full season – that’s when you judge him.
“But if things are that dire, that bad, you can’t go a full season.
“I hope he turns it around; I’m a Gooner so I want him to turn it around, I don’t want to keep sacking managers over and over.”
The Gunners were dumped out of the Carabao Cup in the quarter-final stages by Man City last night in a 4-1 thrashing.
Speaking on Sky Sports after the game, Redknapp said: “It’s a real problem for Mikel Arteta – losing 4-1 at home is not ideal.
“The last win they had was on November 1 at Man Utd. To be fair I thought they were onto something then.
“All of a sudden things have gone and they’re now devoid of confidence.
“Of course they can sack the manager, but the bigger problem is there’s only three or four players you can trust.
“There are too many that, no matter what you do, will let you down.
“It’s a team full of kidders right now and I feel sorry for the young players.”
And another Gunners legend Martin Keown told talkSPORT it’s crisis mode now at the Emirates.
Keown said: “It’s turned into a crisis and there’s been a bit of panic, but now is the time for calm.
“No, I don’t see that Arsenal will go down – but you’re going to have to start fighting against the likes of Brighton, WBA, Newcastle and Palace because they’ll all be scrapping for points.
“In the past Arsenal would have been better than these teams but they’re turning into scraps now.
“The Chelsea game coming up is huge and all focus needs to go into that game Boxing Day.”
