That puts them narrowly ahead of Manchester City and the chasing pack.
At the other end of the table, West Brom’s squad are worth just £79m – less than Manchester United spent to sign Harry Maguire in 2019.
Liverpool are understandably the most valuable squad, boasting a host of star names.
The likes of Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Trent Alexander-Arnold are all worth around £100m apiece.
And with a deep squad, they’re worth a sky-high £979m – just £21m short of the magic £1bn mark.
Pep Guardiola’s City come in second, with his squad valued at £944m – boosted by the likes of Kevin De Bruyne and Raheem Sterling.
Third-placed Chelsea sit over £200m behind Liverpool – worth £749m – with Man Utd (£732m) and Tottenham (£680m) not far behind.
Arsenal (£562m), Everton (£457m) and Leicester (£410m) are the only other teams valued at £400m or more.

Eight current Premier League squads are worth under £200m – including Southampton, Crystal Palace and Leeds.
But only ONE team is valued at under £100m – with West Brom taking that unfortunate honour.
In fact, valued at just £79m, the Baggies are worth less than what a number of Premier League players have cost down the years.
Paul Pogba cost £89m when Man Utd signed him from Juventus in 2016, while Maguire cost £85m last year.
And SIX players are valued at more than the entire West Brom squad, according to Transfermarkt.
Sterling leads the way at £115m, followed by Mane, Salah, De Bruyne and Harry Kane – all valued at £108m.
Alexander-Arnold is priced-up at £99m – with the next-highest, Kai Havertz, way back on £73m.
Six players – Marcus Rashford, Virgil van Dijk, Alisson, Paul Pogba, Bruno Fernandes and Bernardo Silva – are worth £72m apiece.
