Watch Messi and his kids play football with HUGE pet dog Hulk as wife Antonella drinks Barcelona star’s special beer

LIONEL MESSI spent his Sunday relaxing with his family but he still couldn’t be moved from the football pitch.

The Argentine superstar could afford some quality time with wife Antonela Roccuzzo and his three children after scoring twice in Barcelona’s 5-2 win over Real Betis on Saturday.

Their giant dog Hulk marshalled the midfield

Enjoying the custom-made pitch in Messi’s luxury household, Roccuzzo records sons Thiago and Mateo passing the ball.

Thiago, 8, then plays it down the line to Messi while avoiding their huge dog Hulk who took up his position on the centre-cirle.

Hulk is often seen playing football with Messi although like the world’s most gifted defenders, fails to get the ball from the Argentine magician.

Although it appears the pet pooch now knows better not to challenge the forward as he shows little movement towards the ball.

Roccuzzo, who is Messi’s childhood sweetheart, also enjoyed a cold beer named after her husband.

Budweiser rebranded their lager simply called ‘Messi’ alongside the tagline ‘The king of football.’

Roccuzzo shared the bottle alongside the caption: “Sunday mood with the best beer.”

Messi was forced to start on the bench in the game against Betis, but was introduced in the second half.

It came as a obvious surprise to fans especially following rumours of a rift with boss Ronald Koeman.

But the Dutchman downplayed talk and insists he had discomfort following the Champions League win over Dynamo Kyiv.

He said: “Since yesterday we talked and he had some discomfort from the game against Dynamo Kyiv.

“We decided it was best to leave him on the bench in case we needed him.

“Without discomfort, he would have played.

“We know who he is and I have no doubts about him.

“I watch him work every day.

“He was not a starter today, but in the second half he was very important.”
